INCLUSÃO QUALIFICADA: O LUGAR DA ESCUTA NO PROCESSO SELETIVO DISCENTE DAS CASAS FAMILIARES RURAIS DO BAIXO SUL DA BAHIA-BRASIL
Este artigo apresenta a metodologia intitulada “Inclusão Qualificada”, desenvolvida entre 2016-2018, para a seleção de ingresso dos Jovens Agricultores nas Casas Familiares Rurais (CFRs) do Baixo Sul da Bahia-Brasil, que têm como base os fundamentos da Educação do Campo, e da Pedagogia da Alternância. A Inclusão Qualificada envolveu os Educadores Sociais das CFRs, os candidatos às vagas e, através destes, suas famílias e comunidades. A aplicação da ferramenta metodológica “Fotografia Escrita” ocorreu no período de imersão do processo seletivo, sendo seguida da análise dos dados via uma curadoria que ressaltou o papel da escuta das demandas levantadas. Como resultados, destacam-se a abertura dos participantes no campo da escrita, a dimensão gregária da seleção realizada de forma inclusiva, além da própria construção da ferramenta metodológica. Assim, a Inclusão Qualificada mostrou-se eficaz como modo de envolver os atores implicados através do exercício da escuta, fazendo do processo seletivo um processo transformativo.

Abstract:
This article presents the methodology entitled “Qualified Inclusion”, developed between 2016-2018, for the admission selection of Young Agriculturist in the Rural Family Houses of the Baixo Sul da Bahia-Brazil, which are based on the fundamentals of Rural Education and Pedagogy of Alternation. The Qualified Inclusion involved the Social Educators of the Rural Family Houses, the candidates of the vacancies, and through them, their families and communities. The application of the methodological tool “Photograph Written” occurred during the period of immersion of the selective process, followed by analysis of the data via a curatorship that emphasized the role of listening to the collected demands. As results, highlight the openness of participants in the field of writing and the gregarious dimension of the selection realized in an inclusive way, besides the self construction of the methodological tool. Thus, the Qualified Inclusion proved to be effective as a way of involving the implied actors through the exercise of listening, making the selective process a transformative process.
