INCLUSÃO PEDAGÓGICA NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA E SUPERIOR SOB A PERSPECTIVA DA APRENDIZAGEM SIGNIFICATIVA
Diante da ampliação do acesso de estudantes com deficiência a todos os níveis de ensino, iniciativas que contribuam para efetiva aprendizagem e inclusão dos discentes tem se tornado cada vez mais relevantes. Contudo, ainda são poucas as ações e teorias exploradas, principalmente no ensino superior. Assim, propõe-se a adoção dos seguintes conceitos norteadores: Aprendizagem Significativa e Inclusão Pedagógica. A Aprendizagem Significativa diz respeito ao processo de aquisição de informações de forma ativa e hierárquica, que depende dos conhecimentos prévios e predisposição do aprendiz e da potencialidade do material instrucional. Já a Inclusão Pedagógica consiste no conjunto de condições necessárias para promoção de oportunidades de aprendizagem equitativas para todos os estudantes. Sob a luz desses conceitos, o presente trabalho apresenta um relato de experiências no âmbito do Projeto de Ensino “Aprendizagem Significativa para Inclusão Pedagógica”, em desenvolvimento na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. O referido projeto buscou por meio da atuação de uma equipe de graduandos, pós-graduandos e docentes da educação básica e do ensino superior promover a produção de materiais instrucionais potencialmente significativos voltados para aprendizagem de todos e a promoção de ações de formação docente. No contexto do Ensino Remoto Emergencial, foram produzidos 15 vídeos de animação sobre anatomia humana com interpretação em Libras, voltados para o ensino de graduação, 1 vídeo sobre a integração do funcionamento dos sistemas orgânicos voltado para educação básica, 1 vídeo sobre ações de enfrentamento à pandemia e 2 vídeos sobre a execução do projeto, voltados para divulgação científica. Para a formação de professores sobre Aprendizagem Significativa, tecnologias educacionais e Inclusão Pedagógica foi elaborado e oferecido um curso de extensão, que capacitou 80 professores de escolas públicas da educação básica. A equipe considera que ambas as ações foram favorecidas pela perspectiva da Aprendizagem Significativa e Inclusão Pedagógica.

Abstract:
Given the expansion of access for students with disabilities at all levels of education, initiatives that contribute to effective learning and inclusion of these students have become increasingly relevant. However, there are still few actions and theories explored, mainly in higher education. Thus, it is proposed to adopt the following guiding concepts: Meaningful Learning and Pedagogical Inclusion. Meaningful learning refers to the process of acquiring information actively and hierarchically, which depends on the prior knowledge and predisposition of the learner and the potential of the instructional material. On the other hand, Pedagogical Inclusion consists of the set of conditions necessary to promote equitable learning opportunities for all students. Based on these concepts, the present study presents an account of experiences within the scope of the Teaching Project "Meaningful Learning for Pedagogical Inclusion", under development at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Through the work of a team of undergraduates, graduate students, and teachers of basic education, and higher education, the aforementioned project aims to promote the production of potentially significant instructional materials aimed at the learning of all; and the promotion of teacher training actions. In the context of Emergency Remote Teaching, 15 animation videos on human anatomy with interpretation in Libras were produced, directed at undergraduate education, 1 video on the integration of the functioning of organic systems aimed at basic education, 1 video on actions to fight the pandemic and 2 videos on the execution of the project, aimed at scientific divulgation. For the teachers’ training on Meaningful Learning, educational technologies, and Pedagogical Inclusion, an extension course was designed and offered, which trained 80 teachers from public schools of basic education. The team considers that both actions were favored by the perspective of Meaningful Learning and Pedagogical Inclusion.
