INCLUSÃO E EXCLUSÃO SOCIAL: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Este trabalho tem como objetivo
apresentar levantamento bibliográfico realizado
com o tema inclusão e exclusão social, na
medida em que compreender a temática é
considerado de extrema importância para uma
formação de professores capazes de atuar
de forma significativa nos diversos contextos,
seja no trabalho docente diante de diferentes
públicos ou na elaboração e implantação de
políticas públicas. A questão da inclusão social
aparece como foco em diferentes aspectos,
mas as vezes seus discursos são superficiais,
sendo então importante compreender de forma
ampla os conceitos de inclusão e exclusão.
Deste modo, ao falar-se da exclusão neste
texto, encontra-se implícito o fato de que os
excluídos estão contrapostos aos incluídos, na
medida em que quando estamos falando da
exclusão o termo inclusão apresenta-se como
de dualidade deste, já que a exclusão só existe
quando distingue incluídos de excluídos. A
exclusão social se apresenta, portanto, como
o impedimento ou a dificuldade de ter acesso
aos direitos da cidadania e às oportunidades
sociais. É, portanto, importante observar e
reconhecer que o tema da inclusão/exclusão
se apresenta como de grande importância para
os sujeitos de modo geral, mas principalmente
para os sujeitos que se encontram em situação
de exclusão social, no qual esta é caracterizada
como um processo social de descompromisso
com o ser humano, pois este o impede de
ter acesso aos benefícios e serviços sociais.
Este trabalho neste sentido pretende dar
continuidade a estudos anteriores e permitir aos
diferentes sujeitos aprofundar o conhecimento
sobre o tema.

Abstract:
This study aims to present a
bibliographical survey with the theme social
inclusion and exclusion, understanding that
the theme is considered of extreme importance
for a teacher training capable of acting in a
significant way in the different contexts , be it
in the teaching work before different publics or
in the elaboration and implementation of public
policies. The issue of social inclusion appears
as a focus in different aspects, but sometimes
these speeches are superficial, and it is therefore
important to comprehend comprehensively the
concepts of inclusion and exclusion. Thus, when
speaking of exclusion in this text, implicit is the
fact that the excluded are opposed to those included, insofar as when we are talking
about exclusion the term inclusion is presented as duality of this, since the exclusion
only exists when you distinguish included from excluded. Social exclusion therefore
presents itself as the impediment or difficulty of accessing the rights of citizenship and
social opportunities. It is therefore important to observe and recognize that the issue
of inclusion / exclusion is of great importance for the subjects in general, but especially
for the subjects who are in a situation of social exclusion, in which it is characterized as
a process social disinterest with the human being, since this prevents him from having
access to social benefits and services. This work intends to continue previous studies
and allow different subjects to deepen knowledge about the subject.
