INCIDÊNCIA DE ACIDENTES DE MOTOCICLETA NAS CIDADES SATÉLITES DO RECANTO DAS EMAS, SAMAMBAIA E RIACHO FUNDO II NO DISTRITO FEDERAL.
Objetivo: Definir a incidência de
acidentes motociclísticos na região administrativa
sul do Distrito Federal coberta pelo NAPH 04 do
SAMU-DF e relacionar a importância do APH
(Atendimento Pré Hospitalar). Método: Estudo
descritivo, quantitativo e qualitativo, realizado
através de tabulação de dados obtidos nas
fichas de atendimento das Unidades de
Suporte Básico de Vida (UBS) e Unidades de
Suporte Avançado (USA) referentes ao NAPH
04 do SAMU no período de Julho/2015 à
Dezembro/2015, mapa de violência referente
ao ano de 2013 e dados do DETRAN-DF. Os
dados foram coletados nos meses de janeiro a
março de 2016, sendo a amostra final composta
por 116 acidentes motociclísticos. Resultados:
Observou-se que 78% das vítimas eram do
sexo masculino, na faixa etária dos 31 anos.
O domingo registrou 21,55% dos acidentes.
Os acidentes ocorreram em sua maioria entre
12h00min e 17h59min (39,65%). Autolesão
apareceu como a principal causa dos acidentes
correspondendo a 51,72% da amostra. Os
membros inferiores foram os mais acometidos
representando 35% dos agravos. 98,27% dos
acidentados foram hospitalizados. Conclusão:
No que diz respeito as internações hospitalares,
os motociclistas representaram a categoria que
mais gerou gastos ao SUS. Conscientizar a
população é fundamental visando à redução
e prevenção dos acidentes, além disso, é
necessário adotar medidas socioeducativas
que ajudem a melhorar o comportamento do
indivíduo no trânsito.

Abstract:
Objective: To define the incidence of motorcycle accidents in the
administrative in region Southern Federal District covered by NAPH 04 SAMU- DF
and the importance of APH (Pre Hospital Care). Materials and Methods: quantitative,
qualitative and descriptive study by tabulating data obtained from the records of meeting
the basic life support units Life (UBS) and Advanced Support Unit (USA) for the NAPH
04 SAMU in the period July / 2015 to December / 2015 and literature review of articles
selected for the years 2010-2015 on the topic discussed, violence map for the year
2013 and DMV-DF data. Data were collected in the months of January to March 2016,
with the final sample of 116 motorcycle accidents. Results: It was observed that 78%
of victims were male, aged between 31 years. Sunday recorded 21.55% of accidents.
Accidents occurred mostly between 12:00 and 17:59 (39.65%). Self-injury appeared
as a major cause of accidents corresponding to 51.72% of the sample. The lower
limbs were the most affected representing 35% of injuries. 98.27% of the victims were
hospitalized. Conclusion: As regards the hospitalizations, motorcyclists represented
the category more generated expenses to the SUS. Raise awareness of the population
is essential in order to reduce and prevent accidents, moreover, it is necessary to adopt
educational measures that help to improve the individual’s behavior in traffic.
