IMUNOTERAPIA NO TRATAMENTO DO CÂNCER DE MAMA
A imunoterapia é uma modalidade terapêutica que vem sendo utilizada nos mais diversos tipos de câncer. Ela promove a destruição das células cancerígenas por meio da indução do sistema imunológico do paciente, ou seja, é um tratamento diferente e complementar a outros tratamentos oncológicos. Este estudo teve como objetivo, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, pesquisar as propriedades terapêuticas da imunoterapia no câncer de mama e sua eficácia no tratamento. Para sua realização foram realizadas pesquisas de artigos científicos por meio de plataformas virtuais como: Scielo, Google Acadêmico, Sites da internet como ANVISA, Portais Oficiais, Ministério da Saúde e livros da biblioteca da Faculdade LS. Os descritores utilizados foram: imunoterapia, câncer e biomarcador. Optou-se por artigos que datavam de 2010 a 2022 buscando, desta forma, identificar abordagens mais atualizadas sobre o tema estudado com o objetivo de proporcionar maior relevância à pesquisa.

Abstract:
: Immunotherapy is a therapeutic modality that has been used in various types of cancer. It promotes the destruction of cancer cells by inducing the patient's immune system, that is, it is a different treatment and complementary to other cancer treatments. This study aimed to research the therapeutic properties of immunotherapy in breast cancer and its efficacy in treatment through a literature review. For its realization, research was carried out on scientific articles through virtual platforms such as: Scielo, Google Scholar, Internet sites such as ANVISA, Official Portals, Ministry of Health and books from the Library of The LS College. The descriptors used were: immunotherapy, cancer and biomarker. We opted for articles dating from 2010 to 2022, thus seeking to identify more up-to-date approaches on the theme studied in order to provide greater relevance to the research.
