IMPROBIDADE ADMINISTRATIVA NO BRASIL: UM BREVE ESTUDO SOBRE A SUFICIÊNCIA DAS INOVAÇÕES DA LEI Nº 8.429/1992 A PARTIR DA ORIGEM E DAS ESPECIFICIDADES DO FENÔMENO
Este trabalho buscou analisar criticamente as inovações da Lei nº 8.429/1992, para compreender o potencial de controle da improbidade administrativa. Desse modo, realizou-se um estudo doutrinário acerca do tema, expondo-se os conceitos e a origem do fenômeno no Brasil. A presente pesquisa adotou a abordagem dedutiva e o procedimento monográfico. Ao final, concluiu-se que as inovações da Lei nº 8.429/1992, sem a atuação conjunta dos Poderes Públicos, revelam-se insuficientes no controle da improbidade administrativa.

Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze critically the innovations of Act nº. 8.429 of 1992, in order to understand the potential of controlling administrative misconduct. In this way, a doctrinal study was carried out on the theme, exposing the concepts and the origin of the phenomenon in Brazil. The present research employed the deductive method and the monographic procedure. In the end, it was concluded that the innovations of Act nº 8.429 of 1992, without the joint action of the Public Authorities, prove to be insufficient in the control of administrative misconduct.
