IMPORTÂNCIA DO FARMACÊUTICO NA AVALIAÇÃO DA INCIDÊNCIA E GRAVIDADE DAS INTERAÇÕES MEDICAMENTOSAS EM PACIENTES INTERNADOS NA UTI: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
Pacientes que apresentam condições críticas de saúde, geralmente necessitam de internação em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) para a realização do tratamento adequado. Todavia, por conta da utilização de um número elevado de medicamentos, o paciente pode apresentar problemas com a farmacoterapia sob a qual está submetido, principalmente com relação à interação medicamentosa. Buscou-se nas bases de dados da Scielo e Pubmed, artigos científicos relacionados à Interações medicamentosas em pacientes internados em UTI, intervenções realizadas e aceitabilidade, selecionando-os de acordo com a temática em discussão e com data de publicação entre 2010 e 2022, com o objetivo de destacar a importância que o farmacêutico exerce em relação a ocorrência e gravidade das interações medicamentosas em pacientes internados na UTI. Na análise dos artigos, percebeu-se grande ocorrência de interações medicamentosas e também alta aceitação e melhoria das condições dos pacientes a partir das intervenções farmacêuticas.

Abstract:
Patients with critical health conditions generally require hospitalization in Intensive Care Units (ICU) to the execution of the appropriate treatment. However, owing to the use of various medications, the patient may have problems with the pharmacotherapy, especially with regard to drug interaction. Scientific articles related to drug interactions in ICU patients, interventions performed and acceptability were searched in Scielo and Pubmed databases, selecting them according to the topic under discussion and publication date between 2010 and 2022, with the objective of highlighting the importance that the pharmacist exerts in relation to the occurrence and severity of drug interactions in patients admitted to the ICU. In the analysis of the articles, it was noticed a high occurrence of drug interactions and also high acceptance and improvement of patients' conditions from pharmaceutical interventions
