IMPORTÂNCIA DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA NACIONAL DE AUDITORIA –SNA COMPONENTE MUNICIPAL EM UBAJARA-CE
O Sistema Nacional de Auditoria tem
a sua representatividade nos entes federativos,
através da implantação de seus componentes.
A atividade de auditoria, realizada no âmbito
das unidades de auditoria do Ministério da
Saúde, é crucial para a melhoria da qualidade
das ações e dos serviços no SUS. Através
dos relatórios produzidos, desde que sigam
métodos e técnicas apropriadas, as auditorias
materializam-se em instrumentos utilizados
para detectar irregularidades e oportunidades
de melhoria na gestão do SUS. O município
de Ubajara-CE implantou seu componente
municipal em 2014, através de decreto
municipal. A relevância desse estudo se faz no
sentido de reconhecer a institucionalização do
SNA de forma a ser capaz de realizar auditoria
e ser um instrumento de apoio à gestão do SUS
do sistema implantado e para isso tem como
objetivo descrever a importância do Sistema
Nacional de Auditoria Componente Municipal
de Ubajara-CE. O componente do SNA
estruturado traz benefícios à gestão apontando
as fragilidades e potencialidades do sistema de
saúde. Subsidia o planejamento e a adequação
das políticas e das ações de saúde. Para
atingir o objetivo, o presente estudo irá analisar
as auditorias no período de 2017 a abril de
2018, na atenção primária à saúde, tratandose
de um estudo documental com abordagem
quanti-qualitativa. Espera-se através desse
estudo demonstrar a importância das auditorias
realizadas através de seus componentes no
sentido de subsidiar na prevenção de erros que
poderiam afetar a população e a própria gestão.

Abstract:
The National Audit System has its representation in federative entities,
through the implementation of its components. The audit activity carried out within the
audit units of the Ministry of Health is crucial for improving the quality of actions and
services in the SUS. Through the reports produced, as long as they follow appropriate
methods and techniques, audits materialize in instruments used to detect irregularities
and opportunities for improvement in SUS management. The municipality of Ubajara-
CE implemented its municipal component in 2014, by municipal decree. The relevance
of this study is in the sense of recognizing the institutionalization of the ANS in order
to be able to perform auditing and be a tool to support the SUS management of the
implanted system and for this purpose it has to describe the importance of the National
System of Audit Component Municipal of Ubajara-CE. The structured ANS component
brings benefits to the management by pointing out the fragilities and potentialities of the
health system. It subsidizes the planning and adequacy of health policies and actions.
To reach the objective, the present study will analyze the audits in the period from 2017
to April 2018, in the primary health care, being a documentary study with quantitativequalitative
approach. It is expected through this study to demonstrate the importance of
audits carried out through its components in order to subsidize the prevention of errors
that could affect the population and the management itself.
