IMPORTÂNCIA DA DISSECAÇÃO DA INERVAÇÃO DO MEMBRO SUPERIOR COMO FERRAMENTA DE APRENDIZAGEM
O conhecimento da inervação do membro superior é de suma importância para a compreensão da biomecânica normal e de possíveis lesões que possam acometer tais estruturas. Também, é sabido que a abordagem prática dentro da formação médica é extremamente relevante em diversos temas. Neste sentido, a dissecação pode ser uma ferramenta útil e versátil para aprimorar o conhecimento dessa inervação e permitir uma melhor abordagem do tema. O objetivo deste estudo foi utilizar a dissecação como método de estudo da inervação do membro superior. Para isso, a literatura foi revisada no intuito de pesquisar o tema e embasar sua discussão. Em seguida, foi selecionada uma peça cadavérica de membro superior do acervo do Laboratório de Anatomia (ICBIM/UFU). Uma análise qualitativa descritiva da percepção discente acerca do uso da dissecação como método de estudo foi abordada e descrita, através de relatos de experiência. Pôde-se constatar que a dissecação permitiu um maior aprendizado e interesse sobre a anatomia do membro superior e sua inervação. Concluiu-se, através da observação da evolução do conhecimento dos alunos, que a utilização da dissecação como método para o estudo da inervação do membro superior é fundamental em permitir uma adequada e completa formação do aluno, além de proporcionar maior domínio sobre a anatomia e biomecânica do corpo.

Abstract:
The knowledge of the innervation of the upper limb is extremely important for the understanding of normal biomechanics and of possible injuries that may affect such structures. Also, it is known that the practical approach within medical training is extremely relevant in several topics. Thus, dissection can be a useful and versatile tool to improve the knowledge of this innervation and allow a better approach to the theme. The aim of this study was to use dissection as a method of studying the innervation of the upper limb. For this, the literature was revised in order to research the topic and support its discussion. Then, a cadaveric piece of upper limb was selected from the collection of the Anatomy Laboratory (ICBIM/UFU). A qualitative descriptive analysis of the student's perception about the use of dissection as a study method was approached and described, through experience reports. It was found that the dissection allowed greater learning and interest in the anatomy of the upper limb and its innervation. It was concluded, through the observation of the evolution of the students' knowledge, that the use of dissection as a method for the study of the innervation of the upper limb is fundamental in allowing an adequate and complete formation of the student, in addition to providing greater domain over anatomy and biomechanics of the body.
