IMPORTÂNCIA DA CADEIA DE CUSTODIA E O PROCESSO DE REVITIMIZAÇÃO DAS VITIMAS DE ABUSO SEXUAL NA CIDADE DE PORTO NACIONAL-TO,BRASIL
De modo geral, o presente
artigo focará um estudo acerca do abuso
sexual, obtido por meio de violência, coação
irresistível, chantagem ou como resultado
de alguma condição. Discutiremos ainda a
respeito darevitimização, que é uma situação
que acontece principalmente em uma esfera
institucional, quando uma vítima de abuso sexual
que, após o sofrimento da violência própria
do ato, é interrogada por vários profissionais
causando desconforto e constrangimento.
A partir dessas discussões, é importante
salientar que os médicos são elementos ativos
de uma equipe multidisciplinar de saúde,
são os profissionais com quem as vítimas de
agressões sexuais se deparam nos serviços
públicos. Nesse contexto, a metodologia se dará
através da pesquisa bibliográfica comparativa,
documentação direta com abordagem de
estudos exploratórios descritivos, com análise
quantitativa sistematizada realizada no
Serviço de atendimento a vítimas de abuso
sexual (SAVIS), SINAN. Utilizou-se ainda, a
variável independente a Implementação da
cadeia de custódia, e variável dependente
a revitimização das vítimas de abuso sexual.
Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram
pesquisados em artigos das Bases de dados
virtuais em saúde, entre eles: Biblioteca Virtual
de Saúde - Bireme. Sistema Latino-Americano
e do Caribe de informação em Ciências da
Saúde - LILACS, National Library of Medicine
– MEDLINE, ScientificElectronic Library online
– Scielo, além de Livros, manuais e periódicos
que discorrem das áreas de Medicina e saúde,
bem leituras reflexivas exploratórias e seleção
do material a fim de promover o alcance dos
resultados/discussões que permitam considerar
a importância da implementação da cadeia de
custódia e o processo de revitimização das
vítimas de abuso sexual na cidade de Porto
Nacional-TO. Nesse sentido, podemos dizer que
encontramos dificuldades na pesquisa de dados
sobre o processo de implantação da cadeia de
custódia e do processo de revitimização das
vítimas de abusos sexuais.

Abstract:
Introduction: In general, this article will focus on a study of sexual abuse,
obtained through violence, irresistible coercion, blackmail or as a result of some condition.
We will also discuss revictimization, which is a situation that happens mainly in an
institutional sphere, when a victim of sexual abuse who, after suffering the violence of
the act, is questioned by several professionals causing discomfort and embarrassment.
From these discussions, it is important to emphasize that doctors are active elements of
a multidisciplinary health team, they are the professionals with whom victims of sexual
aggressions are faced in public services. In this context, the methodology will be based
on the comparative bibliographic research, direct documentation with an exploratory
descriptive studies approach, with a quantitative systematized analysis performed at
the Sexual Abuse Service (SAVIS), SINAN. We also used the independent variable, the
Implementation of the chain of custody, and the dependent variable for the victimization
of victims of sexual abuse. As instruments of data collection were searched in articles
of the virtual data bases in health, among them: Virtual Health Library - Bireme. Latin
American and Caribbean Information System on Health Sciences - LILACS, National
Library of Medicine - MEDLINE, ScientificElectronic Library online - Scielo, as well as
books, manuals and periodicals that cover the areas of Medicine and Health, as well
as exploratory and selection of the material in order to promote the scope of the results
/ discussions that allow to consider the importance of the implementation of the chain
of custody and the process of revictimization of the victims of sexual abuse in the city
of Porto Nacional-TO. In this sense, we can say that we find difficulties in researching
data on the process of implementation of the chain of custody and the process of
victimization of victims of sexual abuse.
