IMPLICAÇÕES PARA A GESTANTE DA VIVÊNCIA DE VIOLÊNCIA DURANTE O PERÍODO GRAVÍDICO
O trabalho teve como objetivo identificar na literatura estudos que abordem as implicações, na saúde da gestante, da vivência de violência durante o período gravídico. Pesquisa de revisão sistemática, que incluiu artigos em português, inglês e espanhol referentes aos anos de 2000 a 2015. Foram selecionados 18 artigos. Nota-se nos estudos que mulheres que estiveram em situações de violência na gestação foram mais propensas a quadros depressivos, ansiedade, estresse psicossocial insuficiente, ganho de peso e maior índice de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis na gestação (p<0,05). Por outro lado, não houve consenso entre a associação da violência na gestação e a prematuridade e o aborto. A identificação desse grupo vulnerável e a promoção de cuidado humanizado são de suma importância na detecção precoce dos agravos gerados pela violência.

Abstract:
This work aimed to identify studies in the literature, which focus on the implications of the experience of violence in pregnancy for the health of the pregnant woman. Systematic review research that included articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish at the period from 2000 to 2015. Sixteen articles were selected. It is highlighted in the studies that women who have been in situations of violence during their pregnancy were more prone to conditions of depression, anxiety, psico-social stress, insufficient weight gain, and a higher level of sexually transmitted infections during pregnancy (p<0.05). There was no consensus about the association between violence in pregnancy and prematurity and abortion. The identification of this vulnerable group, and the promotion of a humanized care are extremely important in the early detection of the grievances generated by violence.
