IMPLICAÇÕES DO ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR OBRIGATÓRIO NA DISCIPLINA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA ESCOLAR
O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar as implicações estágio curricular obrigatório na disciplina de Educação Física escolar. O interesse para aprofundar esta temática consiste em acreditar que o Estágio Supervisionado é um componente curricular imprescindível no processo de formação contínua de professores. No entanto, a inquietação está nas implicações na escola durante a realização destes estágios. Por isso, a pesquisa foi de campo com abordagem qualitativa fundamentada pelo construto teórico: o estágio curricular de Educação Física, suas finalidades na formação de professores, os aspectos históricos e legais do estágio curricular obrigatório nas licenciaturas de Educação Física e o seu desenvolvimento em uma Universidade Comunitária Catarinense. Os pesquisados foram sete acadêmicos da 8ª e última fase do curso de Educação Física e 12 professores das escolas públicas municipais e estaduais de Criciúma/SC, os quais responderam um questionário no google forms. Dos resultados emergiram cinco categorias: acolhimento ao estagiário na escola; contribuição do estágio na formação; contribuição do estágio para escola; implicações do estágio nas aulas de Educação Física e desafios do estágio. As principais implicações do estágio nas aulas de Educação Física evidenciadas foram: dificuldade em conciliar a carga horária de estágio com o trabalho, interferência do professor regente no planejamento, a dificuldade de atrelar o planejamento ao cronograma da escola, a aceitação dos estagiários pelos alunos das escolas, a burocracia de documentos comprobatórios do estágio e a falta de materiais e espaços apropriados para as aulas, no contexto escolar.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify the implications of the mandatory curricular internship in the discipline of Physical Education school. The interest to deepen this theme is to believe that supervised internship is an indispensable curricular component in the process of initial and continuous teacher education. However, the restlessness is in the implications triggered in the school during the performance of these internships. Therefore, the research was field with qualitative approach based on the theoretical construct: the curricular internship of Physical Education, its purposes in teacher education, the historical and legal aspects of the mandatory curricular internship in physical education degrees and its development in a Community University of Santa Catarina. The surveyed were seven students from the 8th and last phase of the Physical Education course and twelve teachers, who were supervisors of internships, from the municipal and state public schools of Criciúma/SC, who answered a questionnaire in google forms. From the results emerged five categories: welcoming the trainee to the school; contribution of the internship in training; contribution from internship to school; implications of internship in physical education classes and internship challenges. The main implications of the internship in physical education classes were: difficulty in reconciling the workload with work, interference of the teacher regent in planning, the difficulty of tying the plan to the school schedule, the acceptance of students from schools to trainees, the bureaucracy of supporting documents and the lack of appropriate materials and spaces in the school context.
