IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO NÚCLEO DE CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS EM UM SERVIÇO PRIVADO DE ONCOHEMATOLOGIA
Objetivo: delinear uma metodologia para implementar o Núcleo de Cuidados Paliativos em um serviço privado de oncohematologia. Método: trata-se de uma Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial, abordagem quantitativa, com análise descritiva. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um formulário estruturado com perguntas fechadas, no período de agosto a novembro de 2019. Os participantes da pesquisa foram nove profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar que atuam em um Serviço privado de Oncohematologia no interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Resultados: após análise dos resultados foram construídos gráficos, quadros e tabela. Considerações Finais: houve modificação na cultura institucional e, atualmente, é possível verificar maior engajamento no processo de apoio aos pacientes em final de vida, havendo diálogo efetivo entre equipe, paciente e família. Sendo assim, paciente e família estão sendo informados de seus direitos quanto às formas de tratamentos existentes e sobre sua autonomia em acompanhar os processos decisórios quanto às terapêuticas adotadas. Foi sugerido à instituição construir indicador de qualidade assistencial para avaliar se o Núcleo de Cuidado Paliativo cumpre o objetivo de preparar a família para o cuidado ambulatorial e domiciliar.

Abstract:
ctive: to outline a methodology to implement the Palliative Care Center in a private oncohematology service. Method: this is a Convergent Care Research, a quantitative approach, with descriptive analysis. Data collection was performed using a structured form with closed questions, from August to November 2019. The research participants were nine professionals from the multidisciplinary team who work in a private Oncohematology Service in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul Results: after analyzing the results, graphs, charts and tables were constructed. Final Considerations: there was a change in the institutional culture and, currently, it is possible to verify greater engagement in the process of supporting patients at the end of life, with effective dialogue between staff, patient and family. Therefore, the patient and family are being informed of their rights regarding the forms of existing treatments and their autonomy in monitoring the decision-making processes regarding the adopted therapies. It was suggested to the institution to build an indicator of care quality to assess whether the Palliative Care Center fulfills the objective of preparing the family for outpatient and home care -
