IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE SEIS SIGMA EM UMA PADARIA NO MÉXICO
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer la aplicación de diferentes herramientas Six Sigma para describir los cambios de mejora continua necesarios en una panificadora. Se explica la metodología Six Sigma, las herramientas usadas en las etapas de definición y medición del sistema de calidad implementado en la panificadora y las variables relacionadas en el proceso. Los resultados revelaron que con la implementación adecuada de esta metodología y con el apoyo al equipo y al personal de la organización se puede obtener la satisfacción del cliente

Abstract:
The aim of this article is to present the application of different Six Sigma tools to describe the continuous improvement changes needed in a bakery. It explains the Six Sigma methodology, the tools used in the definition and measurement stages of the quality system implemented in the bakery and the variables related to the process. The results revealed that with the proper implementation of this methodology and with the support of the organisation's team and staff, customer satisfaction can be achieved.
