IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DAS FERRAMENTAS DE GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE COMO MEDIDA ESTRATÉGICA DE OTIMIZAÇÃO DE RESULTADOS EM UM HOSPITAL PRIVADO DE BELO HORIZONTE
Este estudo teve como objetivo
geral evidenciar a Gestão de Qualidade
como estratégia para melhoria dos processos
assistenciais no serviço de urgência e
emergência no atendimento do paciente vítima
do IAM. O percurso metodológico realizado
foi uma pesquisa de caráter quantitativo e
documental. Os resultados mostram que o
maior ofensor está relacionado à mão de obra,
devido à baixa adesão da equipe aos processos
definidos no protocolo, houve aumento do
tempo de atendimento, aumentando assim o
risco para eventos adversos e complicações.
Conclui-se que o objetivo foi alcançado, pois
após as evidências identificadas, foram tomadas
ações para tratativas das causas relacionadas
e identificado que houve efetividade destas
ao longo do tempo, o que contribuiu para a
qualidade da assistência e segurança para o
paciente

Abstract:
This study aimed to demonstrate
Quality Management as a strategy to improve
care processes in the emergency and
emergency service in the care of patients
suffering from AMI. The methodological course
was a quantitative and documentary research.
The results show that the greatest offender is related to the workforce, due to the low adhesion of the team to the processes defined
in the protocol, there was an increase in the time of attendance, thus increasing the
risk for adverse events and complications. It was concluded that the objective was
reached because after the identified evidence, actions were taken to deal with the
related causes and identified that they were effective over time, which contributed to
the quality of care and safety for the patient.
