IMPLANTAÇÃO DO PROGRAMA LÍNGUA LIVRE PARA INTERVENÇÃO MULTIDISCIPLINAR EM ANQUILOGLOSSIA DE RECÉM-NASCIDOS NO MUNICÍPIO DE LINHARES-ES, BRASIL
Anquiloglossia é o termo que descreve uma anomalia popularmente conhecida como “língua presa”. Seus danos para o binômio mãe-bebê vão muito além dos já conhecidos problemas de fonação e maloclusões, mais comumente diagnosticados na segunda infância. Para as puérperas e seus lactentes os problemas mais urgentes podem estar ligados a amamentação e, o Teste da Linguinha, é um método instituído para auxiliar no diagnóstico da anquiloglossia para público. Apesar desse teste ser previsto em lei, existem impedimentos para a realização do procedimento de soltura do freio, sendo importante analisar os impactos sociais sobre o diagnóstico e tratamento desta anomalia. Assim, foi importante implantar um programa que trate a anquiloglossia com resolutividade e fácil acesso para a população, como um fator de auxílio da amamentação e aleitamento materno. Objetivo: Prevenir e tratar anquiloglossia e descrever o Método Língua Livre como importante para amamentação e aleitamento maternos para mães e bebês de toda a população. Metodologia: O artigo conta a descrição do Método Língua Livre e com imagens dos atendimentos e prontuário realizados no Programa Língua Livre, no ambulatório de pequenas cirurgias da Unidade Sanitária do município de Linhares-ES, Brasil. Foi executado um estudo qualitativo e descritivo, por meio de revisão bibliográfica com dados obtidos em artigos científicos e notas publicadas por entidades conceituadas no Brasil e do mundo, entre 2008 e 2021. Considerações finais: O tratamento da anquiloglossia nos pacientes recém-nascidos tem se mostrado extremamente importante, principalmente quando amparado por um diagnóstico realizado de forma multidisciplinar, integrado, obtido em clínica ampliada e centrado na pessoa. É desenvolvido pelos profissionais de saúde no ciclo de atenção materno-infantil, não somente para a manutenção da amamentação, mas também para o exercício da promoção, prevenção, recuperação e redução de danos na estratégia de saúde da família, com o apoio do Programa Língua Livre.

Abstract:
Ankyloglossia is the term that describes an anomaly popularly known as “tongue-tied”. Its damage to the mother-infant pair goes far beyond the already known problems with phonation and malocclusions, more commonly diagnosed in second childhood. For postpartum women and their infants, the most urgent problems may be linked to breastfeeding, and the Tongue Test is a method established to assist in the diagnosis of ankyloglossia for the public. Although this test is provided for by law, there are impediments to the brake release procedure, and it is important to analyze the social impacts on the diagnosis and treatment of this anomaly. Thus, it was important to implement a program that treats ankyloglossia with resoluteness and easy access for the population, as an aid to breastfeeding and breastfeeding. Objective: To prevent and treat ankyloglossia and describe the Free Language Method as important for breastfeeding and breastfeeding for mothers and babies across the population. Methodology: The article contains a description of the Lingua Livre Method and images of the consultations and medical records carried out in the Lingua Livre Program, in the small surgery clinic of the Sanitary Unit in the city of Linhares-ES, Brazil. A qualitative and descriptive study was carried out, through a literature review with data obtained from scientific articles and notes published by reputable entities in Brazil and the world, between 2008 and 2021. Final considerations: The treatment of ankyloglossia in newborn patients has been shown to be extremely important, especially when supported by a diagnosis carried out in a multidisciplinary, integrated way, obtained in an expanded clinic and centered on the person. It is developed by health professionals in the maternal-infant care cycle, not only for the maintenance of breastfeeding, but also for the promotion, prevention, recovery and harm reduction in the family health strategy, with the support of the Language Program Free.
