IMPLANTAÇÃO DA GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE EM UM LABORATÓRIO CLÍNICO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetivo: relatar a experiência de implantação de um SGQ em conformidade com as legislações vigentes e baseado nos requisitos da Norma ABNT NBR ISO 15189:2015 – Laboratórios Clínicos – Requisitos de Qualidade.
Métodos: a implantação do Sistesma de Gestão de Qualidade (SGQ) se baseou no ciclo PDCA (Plan, Do, Chek, Action). Para a verificação da eficácia, seguiu-se com a etapa de avaliação onde foram verificados os índices de desempenho e indicadores de qualidade, feedback com a equipe e educação continuada.
Resultados: foi possível observar a importância de um SQG implantado em Laboratórios Clínicos tendo em vista que houve a criação de um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro aos colaboradores. Obteve-se tal fato mediante o alinhamento da política da qualidade do laboratório, o envolvimento dos colaboradores e pelo direcionador dos esforços do laboratório na melhoria da qualidade, o cliente. Vale ressaltar também que o processo para a implantação do SQG é laborioso e dispendioso, o que faz com que a persistência e foco nas melhorias o tornam assertivo.
Conclusões: com a implantação do SGQ obteve-se eficiência e melhorias com as padronizações e normatização de toda rotina laboratorial e a redução dos erros pré-analíticos, analíticos e pós-analíticos.

Abstract:
Objective: this paper aims to report the experience of implementing a QMS in accordance with current legislation and based on the requirements of ABNT NBR ISO 15189: 2015 - Clinical Laboratories - Quality Requirements.
Methods: for QMS implementation was based on the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Chek, Action). The planning was organized in meetings with the director to assess the situation of the laboratory, the needs and establishing the priorities based on the current regulations and resolutions, thus followed with the implementation of the measures. For the verification of effectiveness, the evaluation step was followed in which performance indexes and quality indicators were verified, through management meetings, feed-back with the team and continuing education.
Results: it was possible to observe the importance of a SQG implemented in Clinical Laboratories, considering that there was the creation of a safer work environment for employees. This fact was achieved through the alignment of the laboratory's quality policy, the involvement of employees and the driver of the laboratory's efforts to improve quality, the customer. It is also worth mentioning that the process for implementing the SQG is laborious and expensive, which makes persistence and focus on improvements make it assertive.
Conclusions: With the implementation of the QMS, efficiency and improvements were achieved with the standardization and regulation of the entire laboratory routine and the reduction of pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical errors.
