IMPLANTAÇÃO DA CONSULTA DE 37ª SEMANAS DE GESTAÇÃO PELA ENFERMEIRA OBSTETRA
Ao propor a implantação do
atendimento da enfermeira obstetra na
consulta de 37 semanas de gestação no
ambiente hospitalar, inicia um vínculo com a
gestante e os familiares, irá acompanhar suas
inseguranças, medos, dúvidas e aflições vividas
durante a gestação. É um momento de muita
sensibilidade pela gestação, suas alterações
hormonais, hábitos alimentares, crescimento do
bebê, orientações sobre a violência obstétrica,
os métodos não farmacológicos, questões
emocionais e psicológicas. Essa atenção a
mulher é significativa durante o trabalho de
parto e a assistência de toda equipe esteja
apta para recebê-la e seus familiares. O
cuidar, olhar, ouvir, escutar, sentir, perceber,
são percepções muito mais aguçadas pelo
profissional de enfermagem. A paciência e
orientações são determinantes para um parto
saudável e tranquilo.
A Maternidade para o atendimento da 37ª
consulta pela enfermeira obstetra é referência
no atendimento a gestante de baixo risco, e
adepto ao Programa Rede Cegonha e Mãe
Paranaense, seu atendimento é 100% do
Sistema Único de Saúde, será um elo entre
a paciente e a equipe da maternidade, este

e mitos trazidos pela gestantes. As informações
serão repassadas conforme a necessidade
apresentada na consulta, como a dificuldade na
amamentação, planejamento familiar, vacinas,
higiene, entre outras, será um momento de
construção do parto, por isso também, realizará
o Plano de Parto junto a gestante e familiar
que acompanhará o parto de sua livre escolha.
Para esta inserção da Enfermeira Obstetra no
atendimento desta consulta, iniciou trabalho de
sensibilização junto aos gestores.

Abstract:
When proposing the implantation
of obstetrical nurse care in the 37-week gestation
visit in the hospital setting, it initiates a bond
with the pregnant woman and the family, it will

distress experienced during gestation. It is a
time of great sensitivity for gestation, hormonal
changes, eating habits, baby growth, guidelines
on obstetric violence, non-pharmacological
methods, emotional and psychological issues.
This attention to the woman is significant during
labor and the assistance of all the staff is apt
to receive her and her relatives. Care, look,
listen, listen, feel, perceive, are much sharper
perceptions by the nursing professional.
Patience and guidance are key to a healthy, calm delivery.
