Abstract:
The present article summary aims to ask the reader to reflect on one of the Civil Code items, VII - the surviving spouse with the person convicted of murder or attempted murder against his consort. In this way, we seek to interpret and reflect so that we can contribute to the advancement and possible future changes in the legal mandate, under the lens of constitutional and criminal rights.
