IMPACTOS DAS ATIVIDADES PRÁTICAS DE CUIDADO EM SAÚDE MATERNO-INFANTIL NA MEDICINA: POTENCIALIDADES PEDAGÓGICAS
Dentre medidas públicas instauradas pelo Brasil para reduzir a mortalidade materno-infantil e melhorar o desenvolvimento de ações de promoção, prevenção e assistência à saúde de gestantes e recém-nascidos, destaca-se a Rede Cegonha. O objetivo deste manuscrito é relatar uma experiência discente de entrevista domiciliar à uma puérpera que usufruiu dos serviços de saúde preconizados pela Rede Cegonha durante sua gravidez, sob a perspectiva das potencialidades pedagógicas da experiência para entendimento do cuidado materno infantil. Como metodologia, trata-se de uma visita domiciliar à uma puérpera, realizada por graduandos de medicina, fundamentada nos princípios de ensino-aprendizagem contidos no Arco de Maguerez. Como resultado, os graduandos realizaram uma visita domiciliar e constataram as diretrizes da Rede Cegonha que foram ou não cumpridas no itinerário terapêutico da puérpera analisada. Conclui-se que a estratégia de ensino-aprendizagem empregada permitiu aos estudantes analisar criticamente o cuidado em saúde materno-infantil ofertado pelo seu município.

Abstract:
Among public measures implemented by Brazil to reduce maternal and child mortality and improve the development of actions to promote, prevent and assist the health of pregnant women and newborns, the Cegonha Network stands out. The objective of this manuscript is to report a student experience of the home interview to a puerperal woman who enjoyed the health services recommended by Rede Cegonha during her pregnancy, from the perspective of the pedagogical potential of the experience to understand maternal and child care. As a methodology, it is a home visit to a puerperal woman, carried out by medical students, based on the teaching-learning principles contained in the Arco de Maguerez. As a result, the students underwent two home visits and found guidelines from Rede Cegonha that were or were not fulfilled in the therapeutic itinerary of the analyzed mothers. It is concluded that the teaching-learning strategy employed allowed students to critically analyze the maternal and child health care offered by their municipality.
