IMPACTOS CAUSADOS PELO TRABALHO NA VIDA ACADÊMICA DO DISCENTE DE SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO CEARÁ
A pesquisa foi motivada pela relação
entre estudo e trabalho. O estudo tem como
objetivo descobrir como o trabalho exercido
durante a vida acadêmica pode influenciar
os discentes de Secretariado Executivo da
Universidade Federal do Ceará. A problemática
adentra na rotina da conciliação das áreas
acadêmica e profissional, trazendo para as
universidades um papel fundamental quanto
às oportunidades ofertadas e os desafios
encontrados pelos discentes. Essa abordagem
justifica-se pelo interesse de exteriorizar uma
realidade comum aos estudantes do curso,
concernente à conciliação da vida acadêmica
com a vida profissional. A abordagem teórica
considerou autores como Rabello (1973),
Cardoso e Sampaio (1994), dentre outros.
Metodologicamente, a pesquisa classifica-se
em qualitativa e descritiva. Realizou-se um
levantamento de dados com os discentes do
curso de Secretariado Executivo que estavam
no segundo e oitavo semestre, através de
questionários, que foram, posteriormente,
tabulados e analisados. As principais
conclusões apontam que o perfil dos discentes
de Secretariado Executivo é o de um estudante
que concilia o trabalho e a academia, e que,
apesar das dificuldades enfrentadas, é possível
a conciliação sem prejudicar drasticamente a
formação acadêmica.

Abstract:
The research was motivated by the
relationship between study and work. The study’s
objective is to discover how the work carried
out during the academic life can influence the
Executive Secretariat’s students of the Federal
University of Ceará. The problems in the routine
of conciliating the academic and professional
areas, bringing a key role for universities in terms
of the opportunities offered and the challenges
found by the students. This approach is justified
by the interest in exteriorizing the common reality of the students of the course, concerning the reconciliation of academic life with
professional life. The theoretical approach considered authors such as Rabello (1973),
Cardoso and Sampaio (1994) and others. Methodologically, the research is classified
in qualitative and descriptive. A data survey was carried out with the students of the
Executive Secretariat course who were in the second and eighth semester, through a
questionnaire, which the results were tabulated and analyzed. The main conclusions
show that the profile of the Executive Secretariat student is of a student who reconciles
the work and the academic life, and that, despite the difficulties encountered, conciliation
is possible without damaging drastically the academic formation.
