IMPACTO NA SAÚDE DAS PESSOAS E A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA SALA SITUACIONAL EM UMA UNIDADE DE ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA (ESF): RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
RESUMO: objetivo: relatar o impacto da implantação da Sala Situacional na saúde das pessoas e comunidade como uma ferramenta de análise social e epidemiológica de uma área. Metodologia: Relato de experiência, de natureza quantitativa descritiva longitudinal, tendo como cenário a Sala Situacional desenvolvida na Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) de município do leste de Minas Gerais, desenvolvido em março de 2018 a julho de 2019 após capacitação dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS e levantamento da população atendida. Resultados e Discussão: ESF localiza-se na região central do município, e atende a 1968 pessoas. Resultados foram discutidos em Sala Situacional, conceituada como espaço físico e virtual que permite a disposição de dados locais, para discussão e análise. 25,3% da população adscrita é idosa, Das 19 gestantes em acompanhamento, apenas 4 começaram o pré-natal ainda no primeiro trimestre, prevalência muito abaixo da média nacional, O número de crianças menores que um ano de idade é menor que a nacional, mas ainda é uma população que merece acompanhamento especial da ESF. A hipertensão e o diabetes acometem, respectivamente, a 19,7% e 4,7% da população estudada., valores muito abaixo das estimativas nacionais A prevalência de infecção pelo HIV é de 0,1% contrasta com a prevalência de 0,4% no Brasil. A hanseníase e a tuberculose não possuem estimativas de prevalência contundentes, são doenças curáveis e dependem da notificação na computação dos dados. Impactam o território estudado em menor.Considerações finais: A Sala Situacional vivenciada e implantada permitiu a análise da realidade sócio demográfica e epidemiológica da população e mudança considerável da melhoria da saúde das pessoas atendidas, além de ser uma ferramenta de baixo custo para a gestão do território.

ABSTRACT: objective: to report the impact of the implementation of the Situational Room on the health of people and the community as a tool for the social and epidemiological analysis of an area. Methodology: Experience report, of quantitative descriptive, longitudinal nature, with the setting of the Situational Room developed in the Family Health Strategy (ESF) of the municipality of eastern Minas Gerais, developed in March 2018 to July 2019 after training of Community Agents of Health (CHA and survey of the population served. Results and Discussion: ESF is located in the central region of the city, and serves 1968 people. Results were discussed in a Situational Room, conceptualized as a physical and virtual space that allows the provision of data for discussion and analysis 25.3% of the registered population is elderly, Of the 19 pregnant women being monitored, only 4 started prenatal care in the first trimester, a prevalence well below the national average, The number of children under one year old age is lower than the national, but it is still a population that deserves special FHS monitoring. Finalconsiderations: The Situational Room experienced and implemented allowed the analysis of the population's sociodemographic and epidemiological reality and a considerable change in the improvement of the health of the people served, in addition to being a low cost tool for the management of the territory.
