IMPACTO DAS INOVAÇÕES TECNOLÓGICAS NOS EMPREGOS E O FUTURO DO TRABALHO PÓS ERA COVID
Na história da humanidade, as inovações tecnológicas foram as principais responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento e dominância do homem no planeta. Do advento da Quarta Revolução Industrial, derivam potenciais inovações tecnológicas entre os domínios físicos, digitais e biológicos que devem impactar profundamente a maneira como se vive, se relaciona e se trabalha. Ao mesmo tempo que podem se traduzir em melhor qualidade de vida, com mais renda e mais emprego, as referidas inovações tecnológicas podem figurar cenários de potencialização de plurais desigualdades. Nessa direção, diversos estudos sobre a relação entre inovação e emprego trazem debates, questionamentos e paradoxos para a sociedade, apresentando tanto cenários futuros utópicos quanto distópicos. Centrada na referida relação, a presente pesquisa visa contribuir na reflexão acerca dos possíveis impactos das inovações tecnológicas do paradigma tecnoeconômico vigente nos empregos e o futuro do trabalho pós Era COVID-19. A estrutura metodológica da investigação conta com a realização de prospecções na plataforma The Lens e a análise de alguns resultados evidencia a aceleração da Transformação Digital, frente ao contexto pandêmico. Adicionalmente, tendências do futuro do trabalho foram discutidas.

Abstract:
In the history of humanity, technological innovations were the main responsible for the development and dominance of man on the planet. From the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, potential technological innovations derive between the physical, digital and biological domains that should profoundly impact the way people live, relate and work. At the same time that they can translate into better quality of life, with more income and more employment, the aforementioned technological innovations can represent scenarios of potentialization of plural inequalities. In this direction, several studies on the relationship between innovation and employment bring debates, questions and paradoxes to society, presenting both utopian and dystopian future scenarios. Centered on that relationship, the present research aims to contribute to the reflection on the possible impacts of technological innovations of the current techno-economic paradigm on jobs and the future of work after the COVID-19 Era. The methodological structure of the investigation includes prospecting on The Lens platform and the analysis of some results shows the acceleration of Digital Transformation, in the face of the pandemic context. Additionally, trends for the future of work were discussed.
