IMPACTO DA FASE PRÉ-ANÁLITICA NA QUALIDADE DOS EXAMES REALIZADOS NO SETOR DE HEMATOLOGIA: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA
Objetivo: Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo abordar como a pré-análise pode influenciar e determinar o curso dos exames realizados no laboratório de análises clínicas focando no setor de hematologia. Materiais e Métodos: O referencial teórico desta revisão da literatura utilizou as bases de dados Scielo, Google Acadêmico, MEDLINE e LILACS, contemplando publicações entre os anos 2010 e 2021. Os critérios de inclusão do estudo abrangeram artigos em português e em inglês que abordaram erros pré-analíticos os quais impactaram negativamente a rotina do setor de hematologia de laboratórios analíticos. Ainda, como critério de exclusão foi aplicado a não abordagem acerca da temática envolvida, além de publicações superiores a 11 anos de pesquisa.
Resultados: A busca pela literatura evidenciou os erros pré-analíticos mais frequentes nos setores de hematologia como diferentes técnicas de coleta de sangue, amostras hemolisadas e as interferências do transporte pneumático.
Conclusão: Ainda se faz necessário focar em treinamentos da equipe de flebotomistas. Sendo uma fase ainda manual e dependente de vários profissionais, é impossível eliminar todos os erros. No entanto, deve-se almejar a sua redução, de modo a aumentar a segurança do paciente e a confiabilidade do médico em dar diagnósticos precisos.

Abstract:
Objective: This research aims to address how pre-analysis can influence and determine the course of examinations performed in the clinical analysis laboratory focusing on the hematology sector. Materials and Methods: The theoretical framework of this literature review used the Scielo, Academic Google, MEDLINE and LILACS databases, covering publications between 2010 and 2021. The study inclusion criteria covered articles in Portuguese and English that addressed errors pre-analytical tests which negatively impacted the routine of the hematology sector of analytical laboratories. Still, as an exclusion criterion, the non-approach about the theme involved was applied, in addition to publications over 11 years of research.
Results: The literature search showed the most frequent pre-analytical errors in the hematology sectors, such as different blood collection techniques, hemolyzed samples and pneumatic transport interferences.
Conclusion: It is still necessary to focus on training of the team of phlebotomists. Being a phase still manual and dependent on several professionals, it is impossible to eliminate all errors. However, it should be aimed at reducing it, in order to increase patient safety and the physician's reliability in giving accurate diagnoses.
