IMPACTO DA DOR NA SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR RURAL
Introdução: A saúde dos trabalhadores rurais é condicionada por fatores sociais, econômicos, tecnológicos e organizacionais relacionados ao perfil de produção e consumo, além de fatores de risco de natureza física, química, biológica, mecânica e ergonômica. As quebradeiras de coco babaçu apresentam alterações posturais que acometem a coluna vertebral, podendo provocar algia a esse segmento corporal e comprometer todo o bem-estar dessas mulheres. Objetivo: Avaliar o trabalho rural e a dor em quebradeiras de coco babaçu na comunidade do município de Lima Campos – Maranhão. Método: é um estudo quantitativo e transversal realizado com 30 mulheres quebradeiras de coco babaçu residentes na Comunidade de São José dos Mouras, na cidade de Lima Campos, estado do Maranhão. Foram utilizados na coleta de dados: formulário de identificação e questionário nórdico de sintomas osteomusculares. Os dados foram analisados através do software SPSS. Resultados: As mulheres em estudo apresentaram 93,3% de dor na região da coluna e evidenciou-se que quanto maior a idade das participantes, menor o ângulo da linha espondiléia (p=0,015) e menor o ângulo de desnível dos ombros (p=0,026). Os valores significativos para a dor foram vistos no Ângulo de Desvio de Ombros, Ângulo de Cifose e Ângulo de Lordose (p< 0,05). Conclusão: O estudo evidenciou que a dor prevalecia nas regiões da paravertebral e mostraram uma associação entre a sintomatologia e as alterações posturais. O bem-estar dessas mulheres ficava comprometidos, baixa autoestima e diminuição
na qualidade de vida.

Abstract:

Babassu coconut breakers show postural changes that affect the spine, which can cause pain in this body segment and compromise the well-being of these women. Objective: To evaluate rural work and pain in babassu coconut breakers in the community of Lima Campos - Maranhão. Method: it is a quantitative and cross-sectional study carried out with 30 babassu coconut breakers living in the community of São José dos Mouras, in the city of Lima Campos, state of Maranhão. Data collection was carried out: identification form and Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SPSS software. Results: The women in the study presented 93.3% of pain in the spine region and it was evident that the older the participants, the smaller the angle of the spondylea line (p = 0.015) and the lower the angle of the shoulder gap (p = 0.026). Significant pain values were seen in the Shoulder Deviation Angle, Kyphosis Angle and Lordosis Angle (p <0.05). Conclusion: The study showed that pain prevailed in the paravertebral regions and showed an association between symptoms and postural changes.
