Abstract: Immunotherapy has emerged as a promising approach in the treatment of hematological neoplasms, including leukemias, lymphomas, and multiple myeloma. In this literature review, we explore the advances in immunotherapy, focusing on immune checkpoint inhibitors and CAR-T cell therapies. We analyze studies investigating the efficacy of these therapies in various types of hematological neoplasms, highlighting objective response rates and complete remission. We also address the challenges faced, such as treatment resistance and associated adverse events. Continuous research is essential to identify predictive biomarkers and improve combination therapeutic approaches. The field of immunotherapy is rapidly evolving, offering renewed hope for patients with hematological neoplasms.
