IMAGEM E REFLEXÃO DE ADOLESCENTES SOBRE SAÚDE COMUNITÁRIA REVELADAS PELO FOTOVOZ
Objetivo: Investigar, sob a ótica de adolescentes, imagens e narrativas dos fatores que influenciam na saúde da comunidade com base no processo de conscientização de Paulo Freire. Método: Pesquisa participante aplicando o Método Criativo Sensível pela técnica foto-voz, onde no ano de 2016, dez adolescentes do ensino fundamental, responderam a questão geradora de debate: “Para vocês quais os fatores que influenciam a sua saúde e a saúde da comunidade onde vive?”. O material gerado pelo registro fotográfico foram submetidos a análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: Os fatores que influenciam na saúde da comunidade, capturados pelo registro fotográfico, foram apresentados, discutidos e validados no espaço grupal. Foram elaborados quadros de análise com aproximação das unidades de análise em comum aplicando o referencial teórico adotado, resultando em duas temáticas: Imagem da situação social em que se vive ea voz dos adolescentes. Conclusão: Os profissionais da saúde e educação devem buscar alternativas para a educação em saúde, para dialogar com grupos de adolescentes que possuem especificidades próprias. A experiência, escuta e o diálogo podem consolidar novas verdades, modificar conceitos, práticas e comportamentos em busca de uma vida mais saudável. Faz–se necessário inovação nas políticas de atenção à saúde do adolescente que adote metodologias que atraiam esse público para atuarem como agentes multiplicadores.

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate, from the perspective of adolescents, images and narratives of the factors that influence community health based on Paulo Freire's awareness process. Method: Participating research using the Creative Sensitive Method using the photo-voice technique, where in 2016, ten elementary school adolescents answered the question that generated debate: “For you what are the factors that influence your health and the health of the community where do you live? ”. The material generated by the photographic record was subjected to thematic content analysis. Results: The factors that influence the health of the community, captured by the photographic record, were presented, discussed and validated in the group space. Analysis frameworks were drawn up to approximate the units of analysis in common using the theoretical framework adopted, resulting in two themes: Image of the social situation in which one lives and the voice of the adolescents. Conclusion: Health and education professionals should seek alternatives to health education, to dialogue with groups of adolescents who have their own specificities. Experience, listening and dialogue can consolidate new truths, modify concepts, practices and behaviors in search of a healthier life. There is a need for innovation in adolescent health care policies that adopt methodologies that attract this audience to act as multiplying agents.
