IDEOLOGIA E NEUTRALIDADE CIENTÍFICA: ENTRE O JURÍDICO E O POLÍTICO
O artigo trata da relação entre ideologia e neutralidade científica. No centro deste debate encontra-se o positivismo, principalmente o jurídico. O objetivo da pesquisa consiste em estabelecer as bases da ideologia e da neutralidade científica e quais são as relações intrínsecas entre o jurídico e o político. Muitas destas formas de concepção da ciência, com destaque para o direito, serviram como técnicas justificadoras do poder. O método de pesquisa foi o bibliográfico. Concluiu-se, em suma, que o cientificismo tem a propensão de ser dogmático e autoritário.

Abstract:
The article deals with the relationship between ideology and scientific neutrality. At the center of this debate is positivism, especially the legal one. The aim of the research is to lay the foundations of ideology and scientific neutrality and the intrinsic relations between the legal and the political. Many of these forms of conception of science, especially law, served as justifying techniques of power. The research method was bibliographic. In short, it is concluded that scientism has a propensity to be dogmatic and authoritarian.
