IDEOLOGIA E EDUCAÇÃO: UM CAMINHO PARA A REFLEXÃO DO ATUAL CONTEXTO BRASILEIRO
O presente texto busca estabelecer um caminho de reflexão sobre um dos aspectos do atual debate sobre educação no Brasil, a saber, a ideia de doutrinação ideológica e o uso do conceito de ideologia, cujas bases foram lançadas pelo movimento Escola sem Partido, de 2003, e posteriormente reforçadas em Projetos de Lei (PLs) que tramitaram no Congresso Nacional. Objetivamos analisar alguns desses PLs a partir de uma reflexão sobre o conceito de ideologia como um dos pontos centrais do Materialismo Histórico Dialético, de Karl Marx e Friedrich Engels. Advoga-se que, nos casos analisados e no âmbito do debate educacional, decorridos entre 2004 e 2019, o conceito é reduzido em seu significado e torna-se um discurso “sobre” educação, gestado na burocracia de Estado e que alija do processo atores e sujeitos educacionais. É neste momento que temos, pois, de facto, uma construção ideológica.

Abstract:
This text seeks to establish a path of reflection on one of the aspects of the current debate on education in Brazil, namely, the idea of ideological indoctrination and the use of the concept of ideology, whose bases were launched by the movement Escola sem Partido, from 2003, and later reinforced in Bills that were considered in the National Congress. We aim to analyze some of these Bills from a reflection on the concept of ideology as one of the central points of Historical Dialectical Materialism, by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. It advocates that, on the cases analyzed and within the scope of the educational debate, which took place between 2004 and 2019, the concept is reduced in its meaning and becomes a speech "about" education, generated in the State bureaucracy and which alienates actors and educational subjects from the process. It is at this moment that we have, in fact, an ideological construction.
