IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE QUADROS DE VAGINOSE BACTERIANA SEGUNDO CRITÉRIO DE NUGENT A PARTIR DA AVALIAÇÃO DE SECREÇÕES GINECOLÓGICAS
Ao longo dos anos o motivo principal da busca por atendimento ginecológico tornou-se as leucorréias, um indicativo de infecção vaginal que têm como agentes etiológicos bactérias ou fungos. Essas infecções causam desconforto no cotidiano da mulher, dado que além do corrimento característico costumam estar associado o odor desagradável e prurido. A alta frequência com que acometem pacientes, à rápida proliferação de organismos causadores da patogenicidade e ao aumento do risco de desenvolvimento de doença inflamatória pélvica tornam as vaginoses bacterianas extremamente relevantes no que se diz respeito a tratamentos ginecológicos.

Abstract:
Over the years, the main reason for seeking gynecological care has become leukorrhea, an indicator of vaginal infection that has bacteria or fungi as its etiological agents. These infections cause discomfort in the woman's daily life, given that in addition to the characteristic discharge they are also associated with an unpleasant and itchy odor. The high frequency with which they affect patients, the rapid proliferation of organisms that cause pathogenicity and the increased risk of developing pelvic inflammatory disease make bacterial vaginosis extremely relevant with regard to gynecological treatments.
