MEMÓRIAS DE PROFESSORAS NA TRANSIÇÃO ENTRE A DOCÊNCIA E A GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL
O presente trabalho analisa, por meio de suas narrativas de vida, a trajetória profissional de duas professoras da região do extremo sul catarinense que passaram por um processo de transição entre a identidade docente e a atuação na gestão educacional. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas que foram gravadas e posteriormente analisadas. As principais referências teóricas são as contribuições de autores como Stuart Hall, Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, Ecléa Bosi, Grazziottin, Clarícia Otto e António Nóvoa. Ao fim do trabalho, verificou-se que a transição entre gestão e docência, para essas professoras, foi considerada uma experiência não planejada. Sendo assim, a construção da identidade docente e da identidade profissional de gestora foi se dando a partir das vivências, experiências e no decorrer do tempo histórico, de modo que ambas se constituem como docentes e gestoras e com a percepção de que não se pode dissociar essas identidades profissionais, pois se complementam.

Abstract:
The present work analyzes the professional career of two teachers from the southern region of the state of Santa Catarina who went through a process of transition between their teaching identity and their work in educational management. The semi-structured interviews were conducted, recorded and later analyzed. The main theoretical references are the contributions of authors such as Stuart Hall, Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, Ecléa Bosi, Grazziottin, Clarícia Otto, and António Nóvoa. At the end of the study, it was verified that the transition between management and teaching, for these teachers, was considered an unplanned experience. Thus, the construction of the identity of the teacher and of the professional identity of the manager was based on experiences and in the course of historical time, so that both are constituted as teachers and managers and with the perception that these professional identities cannot be dissociated, because they complement each other.
