IDENTIDADE E DIVERSIDADE DE GÊNERO NA ESCOLA: ANÁLISE DE CONCEPÇÕES DOCENTES
Este trabalho é fruto de uma
pesquisa desenvolvida no Mestrado Profissional
em Educação da Universidade de Taubaté
que procurou analisar como as questões de
identidade e diversidade de gênero são tratadas
no cotidiano escolar. Para tanto, entrevistou
professores que atuam do 6º ao 9º ano do
ensino fundamental de uma escola da rede
pública municipal de uma instância turísticoreligiosa
do Vale do Paraíba, interior do estado
de São Paulo, utilizando a história oral como
metodologia de coleta de dados. Depois disso,
os dados foram analisados à luz de teóricos
que se debruçaram sobre essas questões,
estudando-as cientificamente, bem como do
recorte feito a partir da legislação e políticas
públicas editadas nos últimos quinze anos e
que tratam desses assuntos

Abstract:
This work is the result of a
research developed at the Profissional Master
Education of the University of Taubate that
sought to analyze how issues of gender identity
and diversity are dealt with in daily school life.
To this end, interviewed teachers who work
from 6th to 9th grade of elementary school of
a school of the municipal public network of a
tourist-religious instance of the Paraiba Valley,
interior of the state of São Paulo, using oral
history as a methodology for data collection.
After that, the data were analyzed in the light
of theorists who studied these issues, studying
them scientifically, as well as the clipping made
from legislation and public policies published in
the last fifteen years that deal with these issues.
