IDEAÇÃO SUICIDA EM PACIENTES VIVENDO COM HIV/AIDS
O trajeto percorrido por essas pessoas que convivem com HIV (PVHIV), muitas vezes é silencioso e marcado pela concepção de auto exclusão do convívio social, tomados pela apreensão em serem discriminados, e por outros variados danos emocionais, como, ansiedade, depressão e desesperança, isolamento, sentimentos autodestrutivos, que acabam gerando efeitos na saúde psicossocial e na área econômica do indivíduo, podendo ocorrer em situações mais extremas, a tendência elevada ao risco de ideação suicida e de comportamento suicida. Frente a esse contexto surgiu à curiosidade de identificar na literatura disponível: Quais os fatores relacionados à ideação suicida/ suicídio entre indivíduos vivendo com HIV/ AIDS? Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura. O estudo proposto utilizou o modelo descrito por Mendes, Silveira e Galvão (2008), o qual se dividiu em seis etapas. A partir das palavras-chave previamente definidas obteve - se Nº 29 =100 % estudos, analisados em três etapas, a depender do não atendimento para responder a questão norteadora da revisão e do não cumprimento aos critérios de inclusão, os artigos não passavam para a etapa seguinte do processo de leitura. Na primeira leitura, se enfatizou o título e o resumo dos artigos Nº 29 =100 %, na segunda leitura, deu-se ênfase ao método, resultados e conclusões N° 16= 55,17%, por fim, na última etapa, ocorreu a leitura na íntegra dos artigos e seleção dos níveis de evidência dos mesmos. Após concluída a última etapa do processo de leitura, a amostra encontrada constituiu-se de sete artigos Nº 7= 24,14%. Diante dos dados expostos, considera-se que a ideação suicida é altamente prevalente entre PVHA. Sendo importante observar o efeito endêmico das condições de saúde psicossocial desenvolvidas, para prever a ideação suicida entre PVHA, com os fatores que contribuem para a ideação suicida, incluindo depressão, estigma, baixa autoestima e baixo apoio social.

Abstract:
O path traveled by these people living with HIV (PVHIV), is often silent and marked by the conception of self-exclusion of social life, taken by apprehension in being discriminated against, and by other varied emotional damage, such as anxiety, depression and hopelessness, isolation, self-destructive feelings, which end up generating effects on psychosocial health and the economic area of the individual, and may occur in more extreme situations, the high tendency to the risk of suicidal ideation and behavior Suicide. In the face of this context, curiosity to identify in the available literature: What are the factors related to suicidal ideation/suicide among individuals living with HIV/AIDS? This is an integrative literature review study. The proposed study used the model described by Mendes, Silveira and Galvão (2008), which was divided into six stages. From the previously defined keywords, we obtained - if No. 29 =100 % studies, analyzed in three stages, depending on non-care to answer the guiding question of the review and non-compliance with inclusion criteria, the articles did not move to the next stage of the reading process. In the first reading, the title and summary of articles No. 29 =100 % in the second reading emphasized the method, results and conclusions No. 16= 55.17%, finally, in the last stage, the full reading of the articles and selection of the levels of evidence of the articles occurred. After completing the last stage of the reading process, the sample found consisted of seven articles No. 7= 24.14%. Given the data exposed, suicidal ideation is considered to be highly prevalent among PVHA. It is important to observe the endemic effect of psychosocial health conditions developed to predict suicidal ideation among PVHA, with the factors contributing to suicidal ideation, including depression, stigma, low self-esteem and low social support.
