I.A.: Considerações jurídicas e aspectos éticos acerca do artificial e novas formas de inteligência
O avanço constante dos progressos social, científico e tecnológico desencadearam novas abordagens acerca das relações humanas correlacionando conhecimento e às máquinas. Busca-se ao longo deste trabalho analisar questões sobre modelagem da sociedade que resultou na chamada “Inteligência Artificial” (IA) e seus impactos no contexto social, partindo de um olhar histórico, enfatizando os questionamentos que este emergente ramo da ciência ocasiona. Analisar-se-á o modelo básico e fundamental da perspectiva jurídica, que fundamenta a proposta da Inteligência Artificial que, supostamente, pode se “comportar” ou “pensar” de maneira inteligente. Com a possibilidade de criar máquinas com Inteligência, é importante haver uma preocupação com a questão ética das máquinas acerca das condutas delas para que não ocorra prejuízos aos seres humanos e outros seres vivos, questionando o alcance do Artificial enquanto conceito que influencia diretamente o que entendemos por Inteligência.

Abstract:
The constant advance of social, scientific and technological progress has triggered new approaches about human relations, correlating knowledge and machines. Throughout this work we seek to analyze questions about the modeling of society that resulted in the so-called “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) and its impacts on the social context, starting from a historical perspective, emphasizing the questions that this emerging branch of science causes. We will analyze the basic and fundamental model of the legal perspective, which underlies the proposal of Artificial Intelligence that, supposedly, can “behave” or “think” in an intelligent way. With the possibility of creating machines with Intelligence, it is important to be concerned with the ethical question of machines about their behavior so that there is no harm to humans and other living beings, questioning the reach of Artificial as a concept that directly influences what we understand for Intelligence.
