HUMANIZAÇÃO NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: ANÁLISE DA PERCEPÇÃO E DAS VIVÊNCIAS DE ENFERMEIROS SOB O OLHAR DA POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE HUMANIZAÇÃO EM SAÚDE
O objetivo do trabalho é descrever como a Política Nacional de Humanização está sendo aplicada na Estratégia Saúde da Família do município de Mimoso do Sul/ Espírito Santo na visão dos enfermeiros. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa com enfermeiros atuantes nas Unidades de Saúde da Família do município de Mimoso do Sul/ Espírito Santo. A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir de entrevistas e a organização dos dados seguiu a técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Foram realizadas onze entrevistas que foram analisadas por meio da análise de conteúdo no qual emergiram três categorias empíricas: Conceitos de humanização; Humanização e suas relações com o usuário e Humanização no ambiente de trabalho. Evidenciou-se que a Política Nacional de Humanização está sendo aplicada no município do estudo apesar de desafios ainda existirem. Com relação ao conceito de humanização e da política, os profissionais apresentaram conhecimento satisfatório. O fluxo de atendimento organizado, o trabalho multiprofissional, a boa atuação do Agente Comunitário de Saúde, a criação de vínculo, a escuta qualificada dos usuários e as formas alternativas de comunicação se mostraram estratégias eficientes à implementação da Política Nacional de Humanização. A PNH está sendo aplicada na ESF no município do estudo apesar de desafios ainda existirem. Persistem desafios relacionados à capacitação dos trabalhadores, à implementação incompleta da política no serviço de saúde, sendo bonita “no papel” e a falta humanização no acolhimento. Torna-se necessário a adoção de medidas a fim de atuar nos desafios que ainda permanecem a fim de garantir de fato a efetivação da Política Nacional de Humanização.

Abstract:
The objective of this work is to describe how the National Humanization Policy is being applied in the Family Health Strategy of the municipality of Mimoso do Sul/Espírito Santo in the view of nurses. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with nurses working in the Family Health Units in the municipality of Mimoso do Sul/Espírito Santo. Data collection was performed from interviews and data organization followed Bardin's content analysis technique. Eleven interviews were conducted and analyzed using content analysis, in which three empirical categories emerged: Concepts of humanization; Humanization and its relations with the user and Humanization in the work environment. It was evident that the National Humanization Policy is being applied in the municipality of the study, although challenges still exist. With regard to the concept of humanization and politics, professionals had satisfactory knowledge. The flow of organized care, the multidisciplinary work, the good performance of the Community Health Agent, the creation of bonds, the qualified listening of the users and the alternative forms of communication proved to be efficient strategies for the implementation of the National Humanization Policy. The PNH is being applied in the ESF in the municipality of the study, although challenges still exist. Challenges persist related to training workers, incomplete implementation of the policy in the health service, being beautiful “on paper” and the lack of humanization in reception. It is necessary to adopt measures in order to act on the challenges that still remain in order to actually guarantee the effectiveness of the National Humanization Policy.
