HUMANIZAÇÃO EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL SOB O OLHAR DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Esse estudo teve como objetivo descrever a experiência vivenciada pelas autoras durante seu cotidiano no trabalho, no que se refere ao cuidado humanizado no serviço de UTI neonatal. O relato de experiência, foi realizado em um hospital/maternidade universitário de referência na cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará, durante o período de janeiro a março de 2019. Para o relato foram utilizados registros em diários de campo, emergindo-se 4 categorias sendo elas Humanização em foco, acolhimento e conforto à família, atenção humanizada ao neonato e postura dos profissionais de enfermagem. Como resultados observou-se que uma das propostas da PNH é o acolhimento, no serviço em estudo, uma das formas de humanizar o ambiente é tornar a família parte do processo de cuidado do RN, na UTIN em estudo, é estimulada a proximidade dos pais. Uma outra categoria que também revelou-se durante as vivências foi a atenção humanizada ao neonato, que dá-se a partir de cuidados específicos. No serviço há grande demanda de pacientes sobrecarregando os profissionais, essa sobrecarga pode ser um dos motivos para diminuir o tempo de cuidado dispensado a cada RN interferindo diretamente na humanização do cuidado. Ao final do estudo percebeu-se que a unidade é humanizada, seguindo os princípios da PNH, método Canguru e hospital amigo da criança. A equipe está preparada e capacitada, embora alguns profissionais ainda destoem e sejam resistentes, assim a sensibilização deve ser contínua.

Abstract:
This study aimed to describe the experience lived by the authors during their daily work, with regard to humanized care in the neonatal ICU service. The experience report was carried out in a reference university hospital / maternity in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, during the period from January to March 2019. For the report, records were used in field diaries, with 4 categories emerging. Humanization in focus, welcoming and comfort to the family, humanized attention to the newborn and posture of nursing professionals. As a result, it was observed that one of the proposals of the PNH is the welcoming, in the service under study, one of the ways to humanize the environment is to make the family part of the process of caring for the newborn, in the NICU under study, the proximity of parents is encouraged . Another category that also revealed itself during the experiences was the humanized attention to the newborn, which is given through specific care. In the service, there is a great demand for patients overburdening professionals, this overload may be one of the reasons for reducing the time spent on care for each newborn, directly interfering in the humanization of care. At the end of the study, it was noticed that the unit is humanized, following the principles of the PNH, Kangaroo method and child-friendly hospital. The team is prepared and trained, although some professionals are still at odds and are resistant, so awareness must be continuous.
