HUMANIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA: ACOLHIMENTO E CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE RISCO NO SERVIÇO DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA
INTRODUÇÃO: O Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco (ACCR) representa um sistema dinâmico de identificação de pacientes e ordenação do atendimento, em consonância ao grau de complexidade e risco potencial de cada caso. Com esse instrumento, busca-se acolher e atender a demanda de acordo com a avaliação de risco, além de garantir acesso referenciado aos demais níveis de assistência, gerando redução na fila e no tempo de espera. OBJETIVOS: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca do acolhimento e classificação de risco no serviço de urgência e emergência. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Os artigos foram coletados no período de abril e maio de 2020. Foram utilizados os descritores: Humanização da assistência, acolhimento, urgência e emergência, como critério de inclusão foram considerados: texto completo, idioma português e inglês, que retratassem a temática em estudo, publicados com o recorte temporal de 2015 a 2020, e como critério de exclusão: textos repetidos, incompletos e que não focaram no tema exposto. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Dentro dessas buscas foram encontrados 68 artigos, porém, após a exclusão de achados duplicados e incompletos, restringiram-se a 18 obras. Ao final das análises, 10 artigos foram incluídos na revisão, porque melhor se enquadraram no objetivo proposto. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que o acolhimento com classificação de Risco é instrumento fundamental para a qualidade e otimização no atendimento nos serviços de urgência e emergência. Cabendo não apenas ao profissional enfermeiro, mas toda a equipe multiprofissional no envolvimento à assistência prestada ao paciente e na organização do atendimento segundo a prioridade de cada caso.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The Reception with Risk Classification (ACCR) represents a dynamic system for identifying patients and ordering care, in line with the degree of complexity and potential risk of each case. With this instrument, the aim is to accommodate and meet the demand according to the risk assessment, in addition to guaranteeing referenced access to other levels of assistance, generating a reduction in the queue and waiting time. OBJECTIVES: To carry out a bibliographic survey about the reception and risk classification in the urgency and emergency service. METHODOLOGY: This is a literature review in the database of the Virtual Health Library (VHL). The articles were collected in the period from April to May 2020. The following descriptors were used: Humanization of assistance, reception, urgency and emergency, as inclusion criteria were considered: full text, Portuguese and English, which depicted the theme under study, published with the time frame from 2015 to 2020, and as an exclusion criterion: repeated, incomplete texts that did not focus on the exposed theme. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Within these searches 68 articles were found, however, after excluding duplicate and incomplete findings, they were restricted to 18 works. At the end of the analyzes, 10 articles were included in the review, because they best fit the proposed objective. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the reception with Risk classification is a fundamental instrument for the quality and optimization of care in urgent and emergency services. It is up to not only the nurse professional, but the entire multiprofessional team to involve the assistance provided to the patient and organize the care according to the priority of each case.
