Humanismo Cívico en tiempos de pandemia
Cuando se asimila que han pasado ya dos años y seis meses desde que en Colombia se dio el primer caso positivo ante el virus SARS-COV-2, llamado en la cotidianidad y por la Organización Mundial de la Salud COVID19, es de pensar: ¿qué produce la enfermedad? ¿cómo se enfrentó en todos los ámbitos de la humanidad? ¿qué implicaciones nos deja para la progresión de la vida humana? Y otra infinidad de preguntas que se hacen inagotables ante lo particular o colectivo que la enfermedad planteó para el país.
Al analizar la situación actual con las posteriores connotaciones humanas que el virus ha dejado es posible pensar, una concepción de un humanismo cívico, porque se observa de manera persistente una desigualdad social, en la que necesario de nuevo preguntar: ¿qué ha sido de la “naciente ciudadanía” en y después de las grandes afectaciones de la pandemia? El texto pretende hacer un recorrido conceptual acerca de la ciudadanía emergente, la formación ciudadana y consolidarlo en una práctica de la filosofía política enraizado en el humanismo cívico.
La pandemia, aunque fue y es un tiempo fuerte, de ella se puede sacar ventajas de todo lo que se asume, concreta y se destila como un pacto de mejora en la sociedad y sobre todo el poder crear oportunidad de renovación, de reconocernos como individuos personales y únicos, pero también como una sociedad que da respuesta de cambio y dilata la necesidad de mostrar diversidad y transformación no se puede quedar igual, se debe aprender.

Abstract:
When it is assimilated that two years and six months have passed since the first positive case of the SARS-COV-2 virus occurred in Colombia, called COVID-19 by the World Health Organization in daily life, it is worth thinking: What causes the disease? How did he deal with in all areas of humanity? What implications does it leave us for the progression of human life? And another infinity of questions that are inexhaustible before the particular or collective that the disease posed for the country. When analyzing the current situation with the subsequent human connotations that the virus has left, it is possible to think, a conception of a civic humanism, because a persistent social inequality is observed, in which it is necessary again to ask: what has become of the "Nascent citizenship" in and after the great effects of the pandemic? The text aims to make a conceptual journey about emerging citizenship, citizen training and consolidate it in a practice of political philosophy rooted in civic humanism.
Although the pandemic was and is a strong time, it is possible to take advantage of everything that is assumed, specified and distilled as a pact for improvement in society and above all the power to create the opportunity for renewal, to recognize ourselves as personal individuals. and unique, but also as a society that responds to change and expands the need to show diversity and transformation, it cannot remain the same, it must be learned.
