Abstract: The chapter "How Can Entrepreneurship Help Us Conduct Our Research Assertively?" delves into how entrepreneurial practices can transform scientific research, making it more assertive and effective. With the increasing commercialization of knowledge and the necessity for funding acquisition, science faces new challenges. Entrepreneurship provides tools and mindsets that can align scientific interests with economic goals without compromising the integrity and social value of science. Through successful examples such as Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Jennifer Doudna, it is demonstrated how innovation, proactivity, risk tolerance, and leadership can yield transformative results. The chapter also discusses the importance of strategies like SWOT analysis, SMART goals definition, and strategic planning for success in scientific and technological environments. Additionally, it emphasizes the need for an environment conducive to innovation and creativity, including the integration of emerging technologies and the formation of strategic partnerships.
