HISTÓRIAS EM QUADRINHOS NA BIBLIOTECA ESCOLAR: REFLEXÕES SOBRE A OBRA O GUARANI EM HQ, DE LUIS GÊ E IVAN JAF
Este texto resulta de uma pesquisa de iniciação científica, cujo objetivo foi refletir sobre a presença de histórias em quadrinhos nos acervos do PNBE – Programa Nacional Biblioteca na Escola de 2011, destinados aos alunos do Ensino Fundamental II e Médio (PORTAL MEC, 2021), e suas potencialidades na formação do jovem leitor. Para tanto, realizou-se uma classificação das HQs que compõem esses acervos e se inserem no subsistema juvenil (CECCANTINI, 2000; 2010), buscando observar se são predominantes entre os outros gêneros textuais. Após esse levantamento, notou-se entre as HQs a presença significativa de adaptações de textos canônicos. Pela brevidade deste artigo, elegeu-se para análise (EISNER, 1989, 1996) somente a adaptação O guarani em HQ, escrita por Ivan Jaf e ilustrada por Luis Gê (2013).

Abstract:
This text is the result of a scientific initiation research, whose objective was to reflect on the presence of comic books in the collections of PNBE - National Library Program at School 2011, intended for students of Elementary School II and High School (PORTAL MEC, 2021), and its potential in the formation of young readers. Therefore, a classification of the comic books that compose these collections and fall into the juvenile subsystem was carried out (CECCANTINI, 2000; 2010), seeking to observe whether they are predominant among other textual genres. After this survey, a significant presence of adaptations of canonical texts was noted among the comic books. Due to the brevity of this article, only the adaptation The Guarani in HQ, written by Ivan Jaf and illustrated by Luis Gê (2013), was chosen for analysis (EISNER, 1989, 1996).
