HISTÓRIA, MEMÓRIA E COTIDIANO NAS CRÔNICAS DE RUBEM BRAGA
O presente artigo pretende analisar o
governo Vargas a partir de leituras das crônicas
de Rubem Braga. Os objetivos da pesquisa
são: aprofundar o conhecimento sobre o estudo
interdisciplinar que une jornalismo, história e
literatura; compreender qual a percepção deste
autor sobre a relação história e cotidiano, que
tratam das transformações ocorridas no Brasil
no século XX; e compreender de que maneira
as crônicas publicadas revelam os preceitos
estéticos, políticos e ideológicos do cronista.
Para isto, metodologicamente, será levantado
os preceitos políticos do autor, os jornais em que
suas crônicas foram publicadas e sua relação
com seus leitores. Através de suas crônicas –
que são uma excelente fonte de pesquisa - é
possível percebermos que mesmo a situação
do trabalhador melhorando, ainda estava longe
do ideal, e que a exploração do trabalho era um
acontecimento presente no cotidiano brasileiro,
juntamente com a falta de investimentos sociais.

Abstract:
The present article intends to
analyze the Vargas government from readings of
the chronicles of Rubem Braga. The objectives
of the research are: to deepen the knowledge
about the interdisciplinary study that joins
journalism, history and literature; understand
the author’s perception of the relationship
between history and day-to-day life, which
deals with the transformations that occurred in
Brazil in the 20th century; and understand how
the published chronicles reveal the chronicler’s
aesthetic, political, and ideological precepts. For
this, methodologically, will be raised the author’s
political precepts, the newspapers in which his
chronicles were published and his relationship
with his readers. Through his chronicles -
which are an excellent source of research - it
is possible to perceive that even the situation
of the worker improving, was still far from ideal,
and that the exploitation of labor was an event
present in Brazilian daily life, together with the
lack of investments social rights.
