HISTÓRIA E MEMÓRIA EM QUILOMBOS DO SEMIÁRIDO PIAUIENSE: PATRIMÔNIO E IDENTIDADE CULTURAL
O artigo discute pressupostos
contemporâneos de memória, oralidade
e patrimônio em quilombos no semiárido
piauiense. Espaço de intensa militância social,
mas ainda carente de explicação quanto a sua
formação étnico-cultural, a identidade negra
e a valorização do seu patrimônio histórico
alicerçado em lutas e tradições negras.
Discutimos e apresentamos narrativas orais,
acervo patrimonial imaterial como documentos
históricos que traduzem acontecimentos e os
modos de vida dos antepassados quilombolas.
Assim, emergem fontes, metodologias que
explicitam formas ancestrais de vivências
vivificadas no tempo presente por moradores de
comunidades negras rurais capazes de construir
identidades na luta e na concretização de direitos
constitucionais. Em visitas a comunidades do
Vale do rio Guaribas e Canindé coletamos as
falas de sujeitos que (re)significam suas ações
pela valorização de sua cultura ancestral. Como
resultado dessas narrativas temos uma infinita
produção de saberes ligados a cura, as danças
de roda e de promessas, reisados e modos de
cuidar da terra e do espaço ambiental ocupado
que são peculiares ao sertão. Portanto, temos
nos quilombolas do semiárido piauiense um
símbolo do passado de luta, mas também uma
referência de representantes da cultura regional
e precisam apoiar-se na dinâmica do tempo
presente. Ainda de lutas (in)glórias que fazem
ressurgir histórias do tempo da escravidão

Abstract:
The article discusses ongoing themes
of memory, orality and patrimony in quilombos
in the semi-arid Piauí. The quilombo is space of
militancy, but still lacking in knowledge as to its
ethnic-cultural formation, the black identity and
the valorization of its historic heritage based
on black struggles and traditions. To present
and discuss oral narratives, intangible heritage
as historical documents that translate events
and the ways of life of quilombola ancestors.
Thus, sources emerge, methodologies that
explain ancestral forms of experiences in the
present time lived by residents of rural black communities and it’s capable of constructing identity in the struggle and concretization
of the constitutional rights. In visits to communities in the Vale Guaribas and Canindé
were collected the speech of subjects who (re) signify their actions through the
valorization of culture. The result of these narratives showed an infinite production of
knowledge related to healing, the dances religious, ways of caring for the earth and
the occupied environmental space that are peculiar to the bachwoords. Therefore, the
quilombolas of Piauí semi-arid are symbols of the past of struggle, but also reference of
cultural representativeness. Still of struggles (in) glories that make resurrects histories
