HISTÓRIA E CULTURA AFRICANA E E AFRO-BRASILEIRA: LEI 10.639/03 NO DIRETÓRIO DOS GRUPOS DE PESQUISA DO CNPQ
Relata estudo realizado no Diretório dos Grupos de Pesquisa no Brasil (DGP) registrados pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq), que contemplam a Lei 10.639/03 e as produções científicas sobre ela desenvolvidas. Busca identificar os grupos de pesquisa que desenvolvem estudos sobre a Lei 10.639/03 e suas atribuições, ressaltando a importância de sua implementação. Desenvolve uma pesquisa exploratória por meio das buscas e recuperação dos dados no Diretório. Contempla uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a Lei na produção científica dos pesquisadores dos grupos e linhas de pesquisa. Apresenta as linhas de pesquisa recuperadas, o grupo de pesquisadores que desenvolvem os estudos, as áreas e instituições em que estas linhas estão inseridas nos grupos e suas respectivas produções científicas. Demonstra por meio da análise de conteúdo a caracterização dos trabalhos publicados em revistas pelos pesquisadores. Conclui destacando a relevância do DGP, dos grupos e pesquisas desenvolvidas pelos pesquisadores para o enriquecimento das temáticas por eles estudadas e a construção e disseminação de conhecimentos.

Abstract:
It reports a study carried out in the Directory of Research Groups in Brazil (DGP) registered by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), which contemplate Law 10.639 / 03 and the scientific productions developed on it. It seeks to identify the research groups that develop studies on Law 10.639 / 03 and their attributions, emphasizing the importance of its implementation. It develops an exploratory search through searches and data retrieval in the Directory. It includes a bibliographic review of the Law in the scientific production of researchers from groups and lines of research. It presents the research lines recovered, the group of researchers who carry out the studies, the areas and institutions in which these lines are inserted in the groups and their respective scientific productions. Demonstrates through content analysis the characterization of works published in journals by researchers. He concludes by highlighting the relevance of the DGP, the groups and research developed by the researchers for the enrichment of the themes they studied and the construction and dissemination of knowledge.
