HISTÓRIA DA EDUCAÇÃO, O ENSINO E A PRODUÇÃO DE CONHECIMENTO NAS FACULDADES DE EDUCAÇÃO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO PARÁ

Analisou-se a relevância da História da Educação enquanto campo de ensino e de pesquisa e os efeitos dessa relação na composição do corpo docente e de sua produção científica na história das faculdades de educação da UFPA. Pesquisa bibliográfica e documental abrangendo o período de 1986-2024. Apesar das mudanças na organização institucional da UFPA que resultaram em sua configuração multicampi, as Faculdades de Educação incrementaram a capacidade de pesquisa e de produção científica nas Unidades Acadêmicas que ofertam o curso de Pedagogia, com destaque aos docentes com atuação no campo do ensino e da pesquisa em História da Educação.

  • Abstract: The relevance of the History of Education as a field of teaching and research and the effects of this relationship on the composition of the teaching staff and their scientific production in the history of UFPA’s faculties of education were analuzed. Bibliographic and documentary research covering the period 1986-2024. Despite the changes in the institutional organization of UFPA that resulted in its multicampi configuration, in the midst of adversities, the  Education Faculties increased the capacity of research and scientific production in the Units Academics who offer the Pedagogy course, with emphasis on teachers working in the field of the teaching and research in History of Education.
