Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho: Análise das práticas de “ARH Sustentável” nas Instituições Bancárias
O objetivo do presente estudo é
analisar as ações de Higiene e Segurança
do Trabalho desenvolvido por instituições
financeiras na Paraíba, à luz das ações de
Recursos Humanos ARH éticos sustentáveis. O
trabalho descreveu como são desenvolvidas as
ações de higiene e segurança do trabalho em
instituições financeiras, da Paraíba, na ótica de
seu gestor local, e sua compatibilidade com as
ações de ARH éticos e sustentáveis. A estratégia
metodológica dessa pesquisa é descritiva,
sendo um tipo estudo de caso múltiplo com
abordagem qualitativa. Como resultados, com
relação à identificação da compatibilidade das
05 ações de Higiene e Segurança do trabalho,
desenvolvidas pelas instituições bancárias,
consideradas indicadores a serem analisados,
são de fato, 03 ações totalmente de ARH éticos
sustentáveis. Considera-se que as outras 02
ações, são parcialmente éticos sustentáveis.
O ambiente interno é tão importante quanto
o externo das instituições. Sugere-se às
instituições financeiras implementação de um
programa de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho,
evidenciando a importância deste programa, com
ações éticas sistematizadas, proporcionando
um bem-estar efetivo fortalecendo as ações de
ARH sustentável, compatível com o discurso
das organizações

Abstract:
The objective of the present study
is to analyze the Hygiene and Occupational
Safety actions developed by financial
institutions in Paraíba, in the light of the ethical
ARH Human Resources actions. The paper
describes how the hygiene and safety of labor
in financial institutions in Paraíba is developed,
from the perspective of its local manager, and
its compatibility with ethical and sustainable
ARH actions. The methodological strategy
of this research is descriptive, being a type
multiple case study with qualitative approach.
As results, with respect to the identification of
the compatibility of the 05 Occupational Health
and Safety actions developed by the banking institutions, considered indicators to be
analyzed, are in fact, 03 actions totally of sustainable ethical ARH. It is considered
that the other 02 actions, are partially ethical sustainable. The internal environment is
as important as the external environment of institutions. It is suggested that financial
institutions implement a Quality of Life Program at Work, highlighting the importance
of this program, with systematized ethical actions, providing an effective well-being,
strengthening the actions of sustainable ARH, compatible with the discourse of
organizations
