HETEROGESTÃO E AUTOGESTÃO: UM ESTUDO SOBRE OS PROJETOS SOCIOEDUCACIONAIS DE ALIENAÇÃO VERSUS EMANCIPAÇÃO - UMA ÓTICA ANARQUISTA
Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir os processos de autogestão e heterogestão e o faz pautado em uma perspectiva socioeducacional, pois entende que não é possível falar em autogestão pedagógica sem falar em autogestão social e que, além disso, a educação se dá como um denso campo de disputa de interesses hegemônicos e contra-hegemônicos na organização capitalista. Como projeto radical e de difícil assimilação, porque ainda em devir, a autogestão é aqui explicada pelo cotejamento com o seu avesso, modelo social vigente: a heterogestão. O estudo parte de abordagem bibliográfica e depreende que a saída para a hegemonia heterogestora – e seus desdobramentos como a alienação – é a busca pela autogestão como projeto emancipador a ser forjado no seio de uma educação contra-hegemônica, também ela autogerida.

Abstract:
This work aims to discuss the processes of self and hetero-management and does it based on a socio-educational perspective, because it understands that it is not possible to talk about pedagogical self-management without talking about social self-management and that, besides that, the education happens as a dense field of dispute of hegemonic and counter-hegemonic interests in the capitalist organization. As a radical project and of difficult assimilation, because still about to happen, the self-management is here explained by the comparison with its averse, social model existing: the hetero-management. The study was made from a bibliographical approach and comprehends that the exit to the hetero-management hegemony – and its outcomes such as the alienation – is the search for the self-management as an emancipator project to be forged in the core of a counter-hegemonic education, also self-managed.
