HERMENÊUTICA JURÍDICA SOB A PERSPECTIVA DA PANDEMIA: DIREITO, INCERTEZAS E COMPLEXIDADE
O presente estudo intenta a análise das ideias de complexidade, apresentada por Edgar Morin, e transdisciplinaridade, como formas de representação da nova realidade, permeada por incertezas, decorrente da pandemia do novo coronavírus. Examina-se, então, como a hermenêutica jurídica pode realizar tal representação tendo por parâmetro os mencionados conceitos. O estudo será pautado em pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de legislação e jurisprudência. O método utilizado é o dedutivo, onde concepções gerais são aplicadas à hermenêutica no contexto da pandemia.

Abstract:
The present study intends to analyze the ideas of complexity, presented by Edgar Morin, and transdisciplinarity as forms of representation of the new reality, permeated by uncertainties, resulting from the pandemic of the new coronavirus. It then examines how legal hermeneutics can make such a representation using the aforementioned concepts as parameters. The study will be based on bibliographic research and analysis of legislation and jurisprudence. The method used is the deductive one, where general concepts are applied to hermeneutics in the context of the pandemic.
