Os resultados do estudo expressam o entendimento sobre os principais aspectos da pesquisa: o apoio da alta liderança como estratégia no fortalecimento da cultura de segurança na instituição, corroborando na transparência e engajamento da equipe com foco na melhoria contínua dos processos assistenciais e, consequentemente, favorecendo a segurança do paciente no hospital oncológico.

Abstract:
The results of the study express the understanding of the main aspects of the research: the support of the top leadership as a strategy to strengthen the safety culture in the institution, corroborating the transparency and engagement of the team with a focus on the continuous improvement of care processes and, consequently, favoring patient safety in the oncology hospital.
