HANSENÍASE- RELAÇÃO DO GRAU DE INCAPACIDADE E A FORMA OPERACIONAL
A hanseníase é uma moléstia com
tropismo pelos nervos periféricos na qual é
capaz de conduzir ao dano neural, constitui
uma patologia das mais antigas que atua no
organismo humano. O presente estudo tem
como objetivo avaliar o grau de incapacidade
física dos portadores de hanseníase assistidos
(ou cadastrados) em x unidades básicas de
saúde, do município de Belém. Trata-se de um
estudo descritivo, prospectivo, com abordagem
quantitativa, no qual foram avaliados 51 casos
índices de hanseníase, de ambos os sexos.
Os dados foram coletados no período de junho
de 2013 a junho de 2015, por meio de um
questionário com perguntas fechadas e da ficha
de avaliação simplificada das funções neurais
e complicações. Os dados foram organizados
em planilhas e analisados no programa
Microsoft Excel em formas de tabelas. Diante
dos resultados obteve-se que, (75%) dos
casos índices pertence à forma operacional
multibacilar e (63,1%) são do sexo masculino.
No que diz respeito ao grau de incapacidade:
o grau 0 predominou na forma paucibacilar
enquanto que o grau I foi mais evidente na
forma multibacilar. Nos membros superiores,
em ambas as formas operacionais, o nervo ulnar
foi o mais afetado. Á medida que nos membros
inferiores houve maior acometimento do fibular
nos multibacilares e do tibial posterior nos
paucibacilares. As principais queixas relatadas
refere-se aos membros inferiores. Os resultados
encontrados nesta pesquisa contribuíram para
detecção precoce de casos de hanseníase e
para minimizar o grau incapacidade física já
estabelecida.

Abstract:
It is a pathology of the oldest
that acts in the human organism. Leprosy is a
disease with tropism by the peripheral nerves
in which it is able to lead to neural damage.
The present study aims to evaluate the degree
of physical disability of the leprosy patients in
basic health units in the city of Belém. This is a descriptive, prospective study with
a quantitative approach, in which 51 cases of leprosy rates , of both sex. Data were
collected from June 2013 to June 2015, through a closed questionnaire and the
simplified Neural Functions and Complications Fact Sheet. The data was organized
and analyzed in the Microsoft Excel program in table forms. Considering the results, it
was obtained that (75%) of the index cases belong to the multibacillary operating form
and (63.1%) are male. Regarding the degree of disability: grade 0 predominated in the
paucibacillary form, whereas grade I was more evident in the multibacillary form. In the
upper limbs, the ulnar nerve was the most affected and in the lower limbs there was a
greater involvement of the fibular in MB and posterior tibial in PB. The main complaints
reported were in the lower limbs. The results found in this research contributed to the
early detection of cases of leprosy and to minimize the degree of physical disability.
