HABILIDADES PROFISSIONAIS NO INCREMENTO DO ENSINO E NA APRENDIZAGEM BASEADA EM PROBLEMAS
Com a experiência dos diversos
momentos da educação superior, o olhar
atual voltou-se para a necessidade de unir,
o processo ensino, possuindo como guia o
docente, com o processo do conhecimento, de
mérito do aluno, com a introdução de novas
técnicas que favoreçam a busca da própria
experiência. Contemplando às novas exigências
e, na pretensão de formar profissionais mais
qualificados, humanizados e interativos
no contexto social e ético, vários modelos
pedagógicos vem sendo criados. O processo
de Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas,
como uma nova proposta de educação se
volta, não apenas em estabelecer relações
entre disciplinas, mas de expor de maneira
sequenciada e gradativa às complexidades
dos problemas fazendo com que o estudante
rememore e efetive o noviciado. Dentre os
componentes curriculares se encontra às
Habilidades Profissionais (HP), composta pelas
Habilidades Clínicas que promove senso de
responsabilidade social, de Comunicação que
oportuniza a construção de um relacionamento
humanizado e de Informática que permite o
contato direto do acadêmico com a atividade
científica. Com a socialização do conhecimento,
tornou-se imperioso não somente a detenção
da sapiência, mais o domínio de sua produção
e a criticidade em analisa-la. No escopo de
atender as necessidades atuais o objetivo
é transmitir a importância da construção
de atributos e competências ao longo da
formação profissional. O amadurecimento dos
discentes nos principais domínios propostos,
os tornam aptos em acolher, orientar, ocuparse do humanitarismo, da empatia, embutindo o
processo aprendizagem à experiência prática.

Abstract:
With the experience of the various moments of higher education, the
current look turned to the need to unite the teaching process, having as guide the
teacher, with the process of knowledge, merit of the student, with the introduction of
new techniques that favor the search for their own experience. Contemplating the new
demands and, in the intention of training more qualified, humanized and interactive
professionals in the social and ethical context, several pedagogical models have
been created. The Problem-Based Learning process, as a new educational proposal,
is focused not only on establishing relationships between disciplines, but to expose
in a sequenced and gradual way to the complexities of the problems, making the
student remember and make the novitiate. Among the curricular components is the
Professional Skills (HP), composed of Clinical Skills that promotes a sense of social
responsibility, Communication that enables the construction of a humanized relationship
and Informatics that allows the direct contact of the academic with the scientific activity.
With the socialization of knowledge, it became imperative not only the detention of
knowledge, but also the mastery of its production and the criticality in analyzing it.
Within the scope of meeting current needs, the objective is to convey the importance of
building attributes and competencies throughout professional training. The maturation
of students in the main proposed domains, make them able to welcome, guide, occupy
themselves with humanitarianism, empathy, embodying the learning process to practical
experience
